Inconsistent
When it works, it works fine. But from my cell phone, I find the app freezes once I log in. With a strong wifi connection and reinstalling the app followed by a hard reset, 2/5 times it freezes and I just have to wait a few hours. At that point, it may or may not work.
App Convenience
The bank app has been consistently awesome! Been using it for years. Always easy. Always reliable and very user friendly. Would have given it 6 stars if I could. ;)

Very handy. Quick. For someone like me that really doesn’t know how to navigate around on these devices that are hand held computers, your app is easy, straightforward and getting easier the more I use it. It’s really cool as far as all the things you can do from my phone using your app.

Every few months it will log you out then won’t let you login in even with the 100% correct passwords and end up either calling or going to the branch to reset the password
