Would not recognize my reservation number no support. One of the worst apps I have ever used

Booked a reservation online. Received a confirmation email, prompting me to download the app to manage the check-in.
The app doesn’t recognize my name or reservation. Completely useless.

Doesn’t work
Just like the others said, you’re told to download this to check in and use during your stay but it doesn’t work. Don’t bother.
Doesn’t seem to work at all
Was prompted to use app in many emails, and I would’ve liked to expedite my check in with in. But the confirmation number, nor the reservation number showed as being valid, but I’m looking right at the email currently. Seems like a great idea, but it needs to work to use.
