No customer service

I’ve put in a request to change my direct deposit due to incorrect account information. It took about 3 days to get through then when Travis could not help me apparently he had to escalate it to the “technical team”, it’s been 2 weeks going on 3 and they can not provide any details nor an update. I’m starting to believe they don’t even have a “technical team” due to previous reviews. I wouldn’t even waste my time with this app. I moved on to another app called moneykey and I didn’t have any issues. The only reason why I gave 2 stars was because of Travis.

Steal your money

This app is a scam. No one should use it, first off you don’t automatically have access to your earned wages completely after your shift like other finance and daily pay apps.( 2)they go up higher and higher on the fee for accessing your money( 3 )they tell you you can only borrow 59% of your wages, but they just took my whole $400 dollar check, they can’t tell me why, there’s no one to speak too all AI who wants AI dealing with their money. I can’t wait until a class action drop on them. I will contacting the cfpb I owed 156 they came up with these other numbers out of nowhere after I paid them I was gonna shut my account down then they added the 280 and took my check. I don’t owe that much

Withholding extra money

Yea so basically my paycheck was going to be 1100 so I pulled 200 out to get parts for my car that is breaking down on me and they held extra money so my 1100 dollar paycheck minus 200 was only 600

lifesaver!!

so handy when you dont get as many shifts and need to bridge the gap between paychecks

Relieved and grateful

The app is glitchy sometimes I’m assuming it’s because it’s something new they fix the glitches and upgrade to newer versions and that’s ok . I got use to it . Also communication is fair once you get a hold of someone its fine it does take long for an answer on the app but they answer so far I never had an issue with them answering it does take them long Im use to how they work it would be nice to get notified when you get a message so that you don’t respond late. The $3.00 fee per transaction is not bad considering you get early access to your paycheck. As of right now they are updating to a new version so Im unable to see my messages. They were working on a ticket but I can’t see it because the new version hasn’t hit the app store so I can’t update however I was able to send an email and they answered right away to let me know theres a new version and thats why I can’t contact them in the app .

DO NOT USE!

My check was $200 short because of taxes from the app alone. It is a scam

Stream does not facilitate or collect taxes, as these are handled by your employer's payroll. Horrible!

The customer service is the worst! Takes them days to respond to you. They take your entire paycheck when your payday changes, the cut your access when you make an arrangement, and they don’t care about people in general it’s all about money for Stream! I’ll be contacting my attorney because they are not right!

Stole my money

Reported my card lost. Never received my paycheck. This is a fraud. Never replied to my emails. Please don’t use this app. No customer service number.

Doesn’t work

Since they’ve removed the browser version I’m unable to log in and customer suppose hasn’t been helpful at all

No Phone Customer Service, and I owe $1000??

DONT DO IT JUST DONT! I withdrew $1000 early because I was not getting paid until two months after my hire date. Instead of deducting the $1000 from my paycheck, they are taking it out in increments like a loan. They said it would’ve been deducted from my paycheck and now I’m terrified I am going to owe interest or get fined because it says I owe $1000 and it does not say how to pay it back in full. Oh, and I have not received any communication back from their team. OH AND, they do not have any customer service from what I can tell. I can submit a ticket, but that’s it. So glad I am being taken care of.

Multiple employers and no help

It has been almost a week since a requested help from these people and I’m concerned about them holding on to the other half of my check as well as not giving me my next one as nothing has changed for two weeks after the first payroll for me having multiple employers. If I could I would give them no stars at all as most of the issues I run into are not resolved.

Waste of time and money

I was able to sign up with them through my employer and now I pretty much don’t get paid. I switched positions and they told me to get a hold of my employer to fix it. They fixed it and gave me what I thought was back pay but I guess it wasn’t. If you don’t want to get robbed, don’t use them.

Useless/Don’t waste your time .

I wish I could give it a negative or zero. I was sent an email inviting me to sign up because I was eligible with my employer. Yet when I put in my work email or my personal email, it says it cannot be found. when I try searching by company name it also does not work. There’s nothing & no way to actually allow you to sign up for this garbage & I have previously used a similar app DAILY PAY through my other employer with zero problem ever ,so it is completely useless. As is their customer service. Don’t waste your time even trying.

App will not open, white screen appears

The app was working for a while and then it stopped working. Very frustrating. It froze up again.

Missing paycheck

I’m not sure what’s going on with Wagestream, but they are holding onto my paycheck with no explanation. I cannot get ahold of anybody to assist me, even after emailing and messaging tech support. I should’ve gotten paid two days ago. I’m kind of freaking out.

App won’t work

App won’t load with Frontline. It keeps going to a white screen. It won’t allow you to add a card for a transfer. It freezes.
