The worst
This is the worst communication platform that I’ve ever worked with. Their solution to the multitude of problems is to uninstall and reinstall. My team of 25+ people beg our management regularly to ditch it.

Data messages are easily accessible and can be responded to at the recipients convenience.Are often shorter and more concise while voice calls can be accommodate longer more detailed conversations.
Good application on iCloud I have ever seen
The application was good and reliable fanstastic and effective on his aspect

I have been using the Streams platform for years. Quality has gotten better and I like the new Dark Mode feature.

Joyful app
I love that streams will send you a notification every time somebody “unlikes” a message, even if it’s not your own. Really a sign of their attention to detail. A joy to use
Best UCaaS app
There are a lot of UCaaS providers in this space an no one has an app that works as well as PanTerra Streams
Streams for 3 years
This is from attempting to use this app for 3 years and attempting to use it daily. Have a desk phone and this app for my iPhone. I can’t make good quality calls 90% of the time ON or OFF WiFi 1gbps lines or on 5G. This app doesn’t ring or even notify me if someone is calling. I do notify me if I miss a call or get a voicemail and that is about the extent of the app.

Never heard of PanTerra…. Glad they found us
We are a small accounting firm in Atlanta. We were having non stop phone issues since we moved to voip. Our voip company said it would be plug and play. It wasn’t at all. Logan from PanTerra called us and right away he knew what our problem was. He sold us a new circuit with a green box and sold us his phones. We are very happy with our voip service now.

Worst phone app ever
This is the worst phone app ever! You can only use certain browsers for most features. Sound goes out often, meaning when I answer the phone, the other end cannot hear me. App will ring once then go to voicemail. Have to completely delete the app and reinstall too often for it to work properly.

No connectivity
I use this on a daily basis to make calls for work and today it kept disconnecting. Please fix ASAP so unprofessional

Can’t Even Log In!
I need to use this app as I am a new admin for my company. It won’t even let me log in. Waste of time and energy downloading it.
Won’t log in
It logs me in for about 2 seconds and then kicks back out every time.
Too bad
Stream keep log out on my iPhone. Everytime login back it take long time. For working I can’t wait an hour to log in stream on phone when I can’t use laptop.
