Five strength programs. 5/3/1, nSuns, GZCLP, Texas Method and Smolov Jr. Each one moves the weights itself and builds the session for the day. Four of them run for streetlifting too: percentages come off your body weight plus the added weight. Finish a cycle and you get the numbers: what grew in every lift and what it cost in tonnage and effort, week by week. The best set names the movement and the variation. Two share layouts to pick from. EMOM you build yourself. Every interval its own length, every interval its own movements. A minute of squats, then forty seconds of rowing. Circuits you shape yourself. Your own rest after each round, your own movements inside each one. Round two doesn't have to copy round one. Hybrids as one session. Strength, EMOM, Tabata and a circuit run back to back and land in the log as a single workout. Exercise dossier. What to load today: weight, reps and the working zone from your own history. Separately for barbell, bodyweight, holds and cardio zones. Readiness index. A score from six factors plus your CNS reserve. You see what dropped: sleep, load or rhythm. Apple Watch. The whole session from your wrist: sets, rest, effort rating, heart rate and calories in the record. Widgets. Log a glass of water straight from the home screen, read your readiness without opening the app. Apple Health. Body weight and sleep come across on their own. What you entered by hand is never overwritten. Share cards. Square, two layouts per discipline, four metrics you pick. Plus a story sticker for a gym photo. Thanks for training with Strenos. If something feels off or you have an idea, write to us from inside the app.
