Such a shame

I would really like to use this but the development on it has stopped and no sign anything is being looked at any more.

Good app with potential to be great

I do believe this app has great potential and while it’s stress trending is what caught my eye it defeats the purpose for me in afraid. I don’t want to have to keep switching between the mindfulness app and your app, if you can in your next update make the stress trending update in real life it will be a game changer for me as I need to know how to manage my stress and keep it down, secondly the interface is bland and boring and I know you don’t want to be like every other HRV app but it needs something but overall well done an I’m excited to see what you do with it.

Can’t use this app

Takes me to subscription options and won’t let me go back

Response from developer

Please try killing the app from memory and reopen. There is a bug with the timeline button which is being fixed in next update

Lots of features require the premium package

good mechanics to monitor stress but most of them require the premium subscription.

Calibration stopped working

I have the latest OS and currently subscribe to the app, but the calibration function has stopped working. The button is blacked out. Hopefully this will be resolved in the next update. This is happening on all my devices: iPhone, watch OS , and MacBook Air, where I see the function available.

Response from developer

it should work in the stressface watch app settings scroll to last page on the right in watch app and at bottom is calibrate button. Please email support for more help - dclabsapps@outlook.com

Useless without expensive subscription

Compute is on device, no external server needed. Monthly subscription is ridiculous model Hard Pass.

Like it so far, but not in love

Is there a way to get a notification when my stress level reaches a certain threshold?

Response from developer

yes, in the last page of watch app you can turn on notifications above a threshold (make sure you enabled motifs for the app in apple settings app too). any other ideas please give feedback at dclabsapps@outlook.com

Only just installed and prompted immediately

Stop doing this, stop promoting people to review your apps without using them

Stress face

I’m not really impressed as I can be super stressed and it does not work , it will always stay on 1 even when refreshed.
If it don’t work it’s pointless to me and I’m just paying you for nothing.

Like look but not sure it works

I really like how this app looks on the Apple Watch. But I also have an oura ring. I got this app before oura came out with a stress reading. Today in the afternoon I worked and I also had downtime. The oura ring Showed how the stress level went up and how it dropped. This app showed no change the entire afternoon. So I’m giving up on the app.

Response from developer

It sounds like the watch hadn't generated enough HRV readings to update the app. You can manually update the HRV readings when this happens if its not to late to try a bit more?

I like it

I like this app, the concept is brilliant

Does it support family sharing ???

Very poor implementation

So I purchased the monthly subscription, but it doesn’t take and doesn’t seem to work. I know it’s only .99 a month but it should be easy to get the app to stop saying “ upgrade in iPhone “. Not a useful or worthwhile app

Response from developer

Sounds like the upgrade token hasn't made it from phone to watch. Apologies for the frustration. Try keeping the watch app open and in iPhone app tap Watch Face - Refresh. Or contact support dclabsapps@outlook.com

No Instructions

This app is confusing. It seemed to be working fairly well for the money. It was tracking my stress level seemingly accurate. Then I stumbled upon the "calibration" area. There's really no instruction on how to use this except saying to set it at your current stress level. Which I did. "1" Now it's been at "1" for hours. Last night I accidentally set it at "9" and it stayed at "9" all night long. I know I wasn't at a "9" stress level all night long. So, am I doing it wrong? Am I not understanding how to calibrate? Good question - no answers because there's no proper instruction on how to do this. Please help.

User Interface is Ugly as Sin

Pretty cool app. Works good and the subscription is very cheap but the UI could be better. It’s so bareboned and ugly; like it was made in the early 2000s. You can do better than this

Lovely App But Not Working

I really love this app both the design and concept. Unfortunately on my Apple Watch SE it does not work. When I tap on the complication the app opens up and then immediately shuts down. Restarting my watch or phone has no effect. The ‘get support’ link in the app does not work either 😢

Help?

So it seems to work well, data is matching up, I work in IT so I’m always suspicious of apps and if the data is right, but my watch shows N/A for the compilation, need to but? Also it does not update on its own, I have to tap it and then it show the recent reading so that if I can get these two fixed I’ll update the review once fully working.

Response from developer

thanks for the feedback. The app uses HRV readings which apple does in the background a few times a day, usually when you wake up and when you sit and rest for a few minutes after moving around for a few hours. You can trigger a new reading as you say using the Breathe function but you should get 3 or 4 readings per day regardless from Apple. The complication shows N/A because the premium upgrade token hasn't transferred to your watch perhaps, they keeping both apps ope and tap Premium>Restore the should send token to watch. Crash.

Crashing on both, iPhone and Apple Watch.

The worst

After downloading it twice, it does absolutely nothing… Keeps asking me to subscribe, and when I do it asked me to subscribe again… Cannot calibrate… When I push the reading app, nothing happens… In fact, when I push anywhere on the app, nothing happens… A great idea, but completely nonfunctional there are many better apps available

Response from developer

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the app. It sounds like you didn't have any up to date 'heart rate variability' readings in your apple health data so the app had nothing to show. I will try to improve the user experience so the user knows this in future, thanks for the feedback.

Would have been okay

It supplies valuable data and I really like the timeline feature but unfortunately, it desperately needs an update. It keeps prompting me to update to the premium version on the phone- which I do and it resolves the problem for maybe an hour before displaying the same message again.

Response from developer

Sorry you are having issues Dazalia. Theres an update coming with timeline on iPhone and easier watch linking so please bear with it.

Stress Face is a joke

Done waste your money and time with this poorly designed and buggy app !
