Waste of money

The app doesn’t work with Apple series 3, which I have. There was no mention of the app not working with some models. So now I just wasted $40 because I can’t use the app on my phone. It also charged me the average price which I signed up for the promotional price which is a scam.

Very nice

Can automatically test the pressure, very good!

Easy to use

Very cute themes!

Slight Discrepancy

I love the little figure telling me how my stress levels are. Though I wish my Apple watch would take more regular readings.
However, I have noticed that my phone seems to say different from my watch. If my phone says Great, my watch says Normal, if my phone says Normal, my watch says Mild and so on…. Is there a bug that needs fixing?

FAQ

What does StressTracker do?

StressTracker analyzes your heart data, specifically heart rate variability (HRV), from your Apple Watch to assess your current psychological stress levels. It also monitors your mental, emotional, and physical states, providing insights into your overall well-being.

How does the app measure stress?

The app automatically generates HRV data when you wear your Apple Watch. It then analyzes this HRV data, along with resting heart rate, age, and other factors, to provide a comprehensive stress assessment level. You can also manually initiate quick stress tests using mindfulness or ECG apps on your watch.

Is there a cost to use StressTracker?

The app offers a freemium model. While some features are available for free, an Advanced Membership subscription unlocks all paid features, provides free updates for future advanced functionalities, and ensures an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are automatically renewed via your iTunes account.

What devices is StressTracker compatible with?

This app is specifically designed for Apple Watch users. It leverages Apple Health integration to combine various health habit data, including steps, sleep duration, and mindfulness duration, to provide a holistic view of your health.

How does the app help manage stress?

The app provides multi-dimensional, full-cycle psychological stress data charts that help you understand stress trends over time. It also offers intelligent psychological stress reminders, notifying you when new HRV data is generated, so you can stay aware of your stress status and take proactive steps to manage your emotions and improve mental health.
