Pretty Good

This app is pretty good, I do wonder sometimes hiw true to life it really is though as a few times I’m chilled relaxing .. basically doing nothing and it will highlight me with a notification saying Stressed or pay attention.. for me the only thing missing from this App is the option to write down when it states stressed, pay attention etc … why your actually feeling that way … add this and I think it’s a pretty damn good app
