This app is a gift!
Faysal is a knowledgeable guide to each body system, and the videos are great bite-size chunk to take some time for yourself each day. If you don’t move your body regularly or need something to counter balance other workouts, this is a fantastic way to do so! Faisal’s stretch classes at Peacebank yoga are amazing too, with a fantastic community to boot.

Amazing
In 2017, I herniated a disc in my back and, fortunately for me, met Faysal. After trying everything—PT, dry needling, doctors, chiropractic, you name it—his coaching was the only thing that truly helped me heal. I absolutely love Stretch 360! It’s so accessible — you can do it anywhere, anytime, and it only takes about 10 minutes. As someone who sits at a desk all day, these short sessions make a huge difference. Every time I finish one of the videos, I feel a noticeable shift in my body and energy. I also love the daily video feature — the fact that it expires if you don’t do it keeps me accountable and motivated. Such a simple but powerful way to build consistency!
