This app is a gift!
Faysal is a knowledgeable guide to each body system, and the videos are great bite-size chunk to take some time for yourself each day. If you don’t move your body regularly or need something to counter balance other workouts, this is a fantastic way to do so! Faisal’s stretch classes at Peacebank yoga are amazing too, with a fantastic community to boot.

Amazing
In 2017, I herniated a disc in my back and, fortunately for me, met Faysal. After trying everything—PT, dry needling, doctors, chiropractic, you name it—his coaching was the only thing that truly helped me heal. I absolutely love Stretch 360! It’s so accessible — you can do it anywhere, anytime, and it only takes about 10 minutes. As someone who sits at a desk all day, these short sessions make a huge difference. Every time I finish one of the videos, I feel a noticeable shift in my body and energy. VITAL
coming from a college basketball player, this app has helped me reach strength, mobility, and awareness in my body that no traditional strength/ court training ever has. The specialization and isolation of the different underdeveloped muscle groups has helped me become a better athlete as well as watch the daily aches and pains of training slowly become less nagging. Strength training and reps help, but without a properly structured and aligned body, the pressure falls on the body instead of being released. This app has daily stretches that cycle every day, as well as specific routines for different parts of the body.

Just what I needed!
This has been the best solution for helping me move while working. It’s so quick, I can do it anytime! It’s also helping me be accountable because the daily video changes every 24 hrs and I don’t want to miss learning something new!
It feels so good I find myself randomly repeating the stretches I’ve learned throughout the day, all on my own!

Phenomenal content! Best investment, period.
I have found that there is something in stretching that cannot be unlocked by any other form of exercise and I have come conclude that stretching is the foremost needed form of exercise to retain a functional body (i.e. I’d personally put aerobics and strength after it).
Faysal’s knowledge and intuition of human body is fantastic. His 10-15min videos make sure that (1) you can fit it in a busy schedule, and (2) you slowly and consistently work all your muscles and joints over days and weeks. That means that you don’t leave any body parts neglected, and you don’t get bored by doing the same stretch routine you found on youtube every day!

I need a simple accountable routine I’ll actually stick with and this app provides it. A daily 10 min video available for 24hr pushes me to take ownership of making my body’s health as a priority and not skipping. Great app, great instructor for easy to digest daily exercises, inspiring you to move your body, even just for a little bit. Seriously accessible for all levels, the modifications are simple to understand and the instructor doesn’t take himself too seriously. Highly recommend!

I've always been that person that says "I need to stretch more"... but rarely did it. I knew my body needed it but just kind of put it off. Then I found Stretch 360! It's so amazing! I stretch every night before bed. Faysal's videos are easy to follow and so effective! I've noticed such changes in my body already. I honestly look forward to it each night. Addicted. Stretch360 saved my body!
Despite being almost 70 years old, I've been doing Faysal's stretches daily for almost one month and have not felt better in the last 40 years.
I love the new daily stretches. It keeps my brain and body training in unpredictable ways and putting my body in positions it won't normally go into.
I now go upstairs without any knee pain. My low back pain is virtually gone. I feel a lot more strength and openness in my body.
