Horrible app, this need to be updated completely. Log in does not work, very fustrating
I tried to set up an account but went to email to look for code and then the place for code disappeared and now I can’t get signed up or log in. I’m not interested in getting another email to sign up. Help please!
These people should be jailed for creating such a piece of trash
I just started physical therapy and they use this app. So far I’m not even able to log in. When I try to log in it doesn’t do anything and it keeps glitching and refreshing with a red error message saying “not authorized” when you switch to another tab on your phone. I can’t put in the code for my exercises because of this. Please fix.

Not too sure why other reviews are so bad. PT gave me a sheet with exercises and I was able to use access code to see my plan. Able to access all my assigned exercises, check them off and even see video examples.
I love the description and the demonstration of each exercise that my physical therapist has given me but trying to check off the exercise that I have completed is hit or miss. There needs to be an easier way to check off the exercise exercises as we complete them. I tried to message StriveHub and I guess they thought I was the physical therapist and they gave me all sort preset answers that were not pertinent to my question. My physical therapist likes this app but please consider those of us who are using it on a regular basis.

Tried so many times. Doesn’t work. Can’t sign in even with QR code.
Great idea, but the usability is trash. I can’t track exercises. The app interrupts any other audio I’m listening to- meaning I’m forced to do the exercises without audio if I want to use the app. The UI is pretty buggy - can’t tap to check off exercises, can’t easily toggle between the list view and exercise view. Can’t add notes for myself on each exercise.

Just spins and I can’t get my stuff I need to do
After repeated tries of putting in my username and password, it continues to just spin and tell me to sign in-also continuously tells me “not authorized” with no way to authorize no option to authorize
My mistake, signed in/set up online first, didn’t save my password. Downloaded app (iPhone 15Pro, iOS 26.4), told it I forgot password, entered email used for all interactions w/Strive and my PT’s lab. No way to move further in process, would not let me disappear keyboard which covered up EVERYTHING below the email line! So, couldn’t request the “reset password.” Tried to trick it by creating a new account, using the same email. It found me out. No Joy. Told me I already had an account with that email, and perhaps I should request a password reset. How’s for the infinity game?

Log in button is broken. Trash app
This is probably the worst app that I have on my phone. It is not at all intuitive and doesn’t have many of the basic features that you expect in modern apps today. It does not remember my user ID so I have to type it in each time I login. I still have not figured out how to properly record that I’ve done my exercises. I just hit the start exercise button and then exit out of it and magically everything marks is being completed. I cannot see any history of what I have done and I cannot look ahead to see what’s on my schedule for the coming week or month, etc. At least I do not have to pay for this.

This app is terrible. I downloaded it so I wouldn’t have to log in on the browser every time I do my exercises. Apparently if you create an account in the browser the app doesn’t recognize it? So I created an account again. But when I went to retrieve my code to sync with my physical therapist, the app refreshed and took me back to the login screen. When I tried to login again it wouldn’t work. Would rate 0 stars if that was possible - there is no reason in 2026 that an app should have such terrible functionality, especially one used by medical professionals and patients.

App is good, but I cannot sign in every day to use it. It’s a big problem. Also, the daily activity tracking seems buggy.
The app makes sense and it’s definitely a good idea, but the app has so many issues when it comes to making an account and logging in.
It won't let me make an account
I can’t sign in. Password resets don’t show up in my email, inbox, spam, or otherwise. The app doesn’t confirm information for the reset email (what email it’s coming from, how long it’s valid for) so there isn’t a way to confirm it was actually sent.
Each time I want to record that I’ve done workouts for my PT’s records, I have to reinstall the app. Otherwise it doesn’t allow me to input. Very annoying.
The skeleton is there for something really helpful. But I can’t check off my progress as I do my exercises. Please fix!
