Glitchy login
Terrible login system. It moves me to a browser to login in then doesn’t relay the info to the app. Also Face ID doesn’t work.
Ok app
It works alright, but sometimes my claims disappear after submitting them. Also on the add a provider page, the business name input only allows for one character.
Dental claim
I applied for a dental claim and it was under process for a long time then disappeared without any explanation or reimbursement.
Can’t Submit Claims
I unfortunately cannot submit claims as whenever I insert a phone number to register a new provider, it then says that the field has been left empty.
Can’t switch login types
I have 2 accounts under the same email, one for dental and the other for health. I can’t switch between the 2 when I use the app which is inconvenient for submitting claims on my phone.
Can't submit claims
The phone number section of the claims form is bugged so you can't submit a claim. You get an error message whether it's blank or filled out. Whatever intern wrote the code for this app needs to be fired.
This app is absolute bottom scum of the barrel GARBAGE
This app is so frustrating! Half the time it doesn’t recognize that a phone number is entered in when trying to submit claims. The other half you have to manually enter the provider and it doesn’t save them for future claims. You can’t login online. It’s slow. It’s easy to follow but VERY glitchy.
It took me an hour to submit two claims last time because it didn’t recognize a phone number. This app makes me want to throw my phone across a room.
I’d give it a zero rating if I could.

Can’t even log in
You’d expect an insurance company to be able to invest in proper software and apps but you can even log into this app. It takes me to a web link to login then pops back into the app then returns to the login or register page. Fix this please.
How does this app have a high rating?
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. For an insurance company I would think they would be able to invest funds into creating a genuinely user friendly app for students. Horrible. Buggy. Wish I could delete it. I can’t login to it majority of the time without deleting and redownloading it.

Would be great if I could switch between Health and dental
This app has been so frustrating for me. Once you’re in your account it’s great and extremely user-friendly, but there is absolutely no option to switch between my health account and my dental account. For some reason the two aren’t merged, so I have no way to access my dental. I have tried logging out and logging back in over 10 times now to get the option that lets me switch between my accounts, but I can only ever get it sometimes. I am left without access when I really need it.
All in all, there should be an option on the main page, or even in the menu that lets you switch between health and dental. Besides this issue it’s a great app! Please integrate this in the next update!

Horrible app
I first registered my health plan and logged in using my email. Then I registered my dental plan. Now I can’t find any way to switch back to my health plan. It seems like I’m stuck with the dental plan and should’ve used another email address for each plan. I can’t even register the health plan on another email now (obviously). The dumbest thing possible.

So good!
Man, the other app for student care was horrendous. This app is UNBELIEVABLY user friendly, giving me confidence to handle my insurance policy that I didn’t have beforehand.
Joke of an app
Can’t log in. Don’t know why my school switched to these guys. This app just does not work. Whether using face ID or manually entering my password, it’ll load into the main dashboard page, then continue loading and take me right back to the login page.
Unusable
Log in a million times successfully but once I’m in all it does is take me back to the log in page.
Too many bugs
I have already registered for this account still I am not able to get in into my account.
Buggy and lack of feature to reset password
If you forget the password to the portal like me, you cannot reset it through this app, I tried everything I can do with the app, but I don't see any guidance for users who forgot their password. Please let me know if there's a way to reset the password.
I also found a few confusing bugs for users who just installed the app. If you delete the app and reinstall it, open the app, click on the "Log In" button it navigates to a broken URL and you may notice a button named "a button" under the "Log In" button. I thought the "a button" button was a humour or something, but the app crashes when clicking it. If you kill the app and reopen it, it changes to "Register" and the broken URL returns to normal.

Very buggy and features don’t work
This app performs like it was written by someone just learning to code. The app is extremely buggy and many features don’t work, so you can’t submit certain type of claims for reimbursement.
I have used the app for 10 minutes and already found the following:
- You can’t save your ID do your apple wallet. The button doesn’t do anything no matter where in the app you click it.
- You can’t submit physiotherapy claims because the business lookup page is broken. The page says you only need to enter last name or phone number but in reality you need to enter both. Additionally, once you enter a phone number the form things the number is not there. There is no valid way to fill out the form.
- The all seems to think the term “business name” is the same as “first name” but the terms are not the same. It is very confusing when trying to enter the correct information.
I don’t think anyone tested this app.
I wish my school had just stuck with what we had before…at least it worked.
