I have to use this app for my school, but when I click on the app it take a few minutes at the loading screen and kicks me out the app then I try to go back on the app and a white screen appears and nothing happens

I downloaded the app to view my grades and it worked for about 2 months and then for a whole month it hasn’t been letting me get into the app, i thought it was just a glitch. Every day for 30 days straight I kept trying to get into the app,but it just showed me the screen when you click it. I would let it try to load but once it “started” it would kick me out.

Terrible, just utterly terrible.
This app is so slow I only have it for school, I hate how hard it is to understand it’s dynamic and sometimes the app even kicks you out after waiting for 8 minutes just to see a math grade. 💔
Better than the New one.
At least it’s better than the New one, I can still log in on this one.

i use this app for school and omg. i hate it so so so much. the website works so much better, this app just continuously logs me out and refuses to load, even if i uninstall it and install it again. and honestly, ive had so many problems with it in the past, just way too many bugs and glitches. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!

Please fix the bug where when you check your grades it is default set to second semester. The loading times are terrible so this makes it extremely frustrating.

This app is pretty bad. It take forever to load. It also stopped letting me use Face ID to log in. It is also pretty confusing to navigate. I only have it to check grades for school and it’s a pain every time.
Overly buggy
Half the time grades simply don’t load and loading times themselves are atrocious.
Pretty good
Used this app for two years at my old school, and it was alright. Took a while to load but it was very organized and easy to use. I also heard from my old teachers that the teacher version is good as well.
Hate This App
The only reason I even have this app is because I have to for school. Rediker Software is the least user friendly company I have ever seen. And this app isn’t any better. The only thing it is good for is looking at assignments and grades, and they can’t even do that right. The loading times are so slow and crazy random! Sometimes, it won’t load. And, when accessing grades for another quarter/semester to look at assignments, it takes you back to the first quarter in there. This app doesn’t even let you submit assignments electronically, unlike competitors like Google Classroom. Don’t download it unless you have to. I do not recommend Rediker Software at all.

My school uses this thing but I can’t give it a good review. It takes way too long to load anything, and I have a shrewd suspicion that it is most likely rigged.
Other than that, I guess it’s 5-Star worthy. It shows you report cards, grades, and assignments and it’s been extremely useful to me.
I hope that you will take me seriously and try to improve the app.

I dislike PlusPortals
PlusPortals both online and on the app is a challenge to go through its nearly impossible to find what your looking for.

This app is absolutely terrible, almost all of the time it never loads or lets me do anything, I have to keep restarting the app 20 different times just to get it to work so I can see my grades.
