Impossible to Cancel
They have done their best to make the app impossible to cancel. No options to manage your account on your phone in settings, blank screen when you click on Support or Terms of Service. $99/yr…year after year.

Why is it still available if theres no support?
Unable to log in
I have used the app before and did enjoy it. I tried to subscribe to it again and they charged me, but I cannot get into the app. Does anyone else have this problem? I have messaged them and have gotten no response.
No fast forward option
Why can’t you fast forward videos? Takes way too long. I don’t need to be reminded to check my area . Plus warm ups, already warm when I’m going to treadmill. I wish I could bypass the beginning but it’s too long.

This app used to be great. Recently there have been many issues with crashing, not syncing to my watch and the worst of all, playing the same treadmill workout no matter what type of workout you choose. Try contacting support? Good luck. Will not renew or recommend.
App never works
I used to LOVE using this app. It motivated me to actually go to the gym. But the app NEVER works and always glitches so I deleted it. PLEASE fix the glitches so we can all enjoy the app again!!
BAD User exprience
So many issues with the app. Loging in is hard, half the buttons don’t work. Then when I do manage to login, I am forced to already start sharing the workouts I have not even started. I also have to say no to 100 things like social media connect, join some tribes, join some community. Etc. All of this before I can even get to the workout.
The workout screen is weirdly stretched out. X-ing out of the workout is hard because there is soo much text on the screen you can’t even see where the x is. I just tap around at the corners hoping that it must be there somewhere.
Also I can’t seem to cancel my membership. When I tap the support button, a message appears asking me to get in touch but that’s it. Where do I get in touch?

Nothing works. No workouts shown. No programs shown.

No way to cancel
There is no way to contact this company that works. The support section on their website and in the app don't go anywhere. Emails are not answered. Facebook chats get no response. This app should not be available for download.
Cannot log in, no customer service
I have been using studio app since 2019. For the last 2 weeks I have been unable to log in and all requests for assistance have gone unanswered. Please just give me an update on what is happening. I even tried to create new account and am still getting the huge X. Totally unacceptable when I have paid yearly membership dues.

No customer support, subscriber not able to log back in
I have been a subscriber for more than 2 years, used to really like the app. However, I was not able to log back in since 1 month ago. I have been trying to email them, no one responded. This is terrible.
Never Available and disappointing
Have had a subscription for 4-5 years. Used to be a great app but all of the good instructors have left and there’s some kind of a merger going on with another app so the experience is disjointed. That is when the app is up and running, which is almost never. I usually get an error message telling me that there is an issue known to the developer and the app is down.

Over enthusiastic dingbats with bad music. Terrible customer service. They don’t reply to requests to cancel.
The app needs updating
I recently purchased a sole treadmill and decided to try out Studio since it’s from the same company. The workouts are def intense and I LOVE that. I will say the app as a whole needs to be better. The userface needs an update. I also use Apple fitness and love that you can put it sideways and view it in whole screen. And you can see details on metrics. I cannot do any of that on studio.
Also, the white font color for descriptions makes it almost impossible to read.

Won’t go wide?
Like it but when I turn my phone horizontally to see the class in full view, the app doesn’t shift. Is it just me? Otherwise, it’s hard to see the small video while I’m in the rower.
Vertical orientation
No option for horizontal orientation makes this incompatible with an I pad and a sole elliptical. Seems like an easy fix.
Workouts are great but app itself is 👎🏻
These workouts have been amazing and I love the instructors.
But the app…
- As mentioned in other reviews the organization is garbage and workouts will just disappear off the list unless you favorite them.
- Workouts will often be missing from the programs. For example, you’ll have W2D1 and D3 but no D2.
- I’ve been subscribed since 2021 and there has yet to be Fitcoin options.
- Frequent freezing of the videos
- You can’t pause, FF, or rewind.
Please PLEASE make the workouts ALL available and easy to find.

Deleting Immediately- can’t even open a workout

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!
SCAM! These people scam! I subscribed for the monthly subscription and was enjoying the app for a couple months. Until I woke up this morning and they randomly decided to charge me for the yearly subscription and withdrew $200 from my account! I never signed up for a yearly subscription and NEVER authorized Studio to upgrade my subscription nor was I notified of any sort of upgrade. My bank contacted me of this charge. So I contacted Apple about this FRAUD and they are working on getting me a refund, thank goodness! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! Matter of fact, don’t download period. You wouldn’t get a good workout without being forced to subscribe in some sort of way anyway! SCAM!!
