Great app to track your performance
I’ve been using the app for the last nine months to track my F45 workouts. I love that it shows my effort and heart rate in real time and I can adjust my intensity as I work. Overall, it’s a great app.
Awesome F45 Workout tracker!
I love this app! I’m already wearing my watch for my workouts and now I can sync my workout app and my workouts to track how I’m doing. It keeps me so mindful of my heart rate so I can get the most out of my workouts.

I use the LionHeart watch app to monitor my heart rate while working out at F45. My FAVORITE feature of LionHeart is that it integrates data with Apple heath. I am a nerd for the data, and especially so as it pertains to heart rates and all things fitness. That I can monitor each workout and my efforts within each working set, AND have this data integrate with my Apple heath app, is such a flex!! It brings all my health data into one place and makes me feel empowered in the birds eye view this affords me to my wellness. I’ve used proprietary heart rates monitoring systems at other boutique gyms which I’ve enjoyed, however their proprietary nature gives them a lifespan only as long as your relationship with that gym. I like this app because of how much control I have with the data it obtains. ALSO*** I have had to reach out to support, who has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Turns out it was operator error 🙃 but I did not feel like an annoyance or a burden

Does not work
This app is awful. Nine out of 10 times it does not connect to my studio‘s hub and I cannot use it. They really need to work on making it work better.
Works great in and out of studio
This app works great for my F45 classes AND all other workouts. It even gives me a point total so I can stay on top of my workouts at other F45 locations.

Purchased, can’t get it to work, can’t get any advice on a resolution
Same problem as many others. Bought a new phone, the app disappeared off my phone and Apple Watch. Went to App Store and it shows purchased but no option to uninstall, update or reinstall. Emailed

Worked great until I got a new Apple Watch…
This app worked for my wife and I until it didn’t… I got a new series 10 Apple Watch and subsequently converted everything over. All other apps besides this one transferred over without issue. Within the actual F45 phone app I forgot the old Apple Watch thinking it would need to be paired again however, after adding the new one the app is nowhere to be found on the watch or the watch app within my phone. That’s despite the Apple App Store showing it as “purchased”. I am not sure what else I can possibly do to make this work. Based on the 2 star rating this app has it seems this might be the first app these developers have ever made. Whats even better, the F45 organization has failed to train their staff at the gyms to help their members.

It never worked for me. Worst part none of the trainers knew how to help
Download via App Store on watch
Bit fidly to set up. Had same problem as others when I upgraded to the latest watchOS the app had disappeared and said purchased on my phone with no way to download it again. Downloading via the App Store app on the watch worked though.
Needs an update
Same problem as others have had. The app worked pretty well until I bought an iwatch 10. The app disappeared on my watch and when I try to download the app again, I can’t do it. All I see is text that reads “purchased.” I can’t delete the app and start over because it doesn’t show up in my App Library.

App disappeared
I bought the new iPhone and did the iOS 18 update for my phone and watch and my f45watch app disappeared from my watch apps. I can I download the app since the app is purchased . Not sure what to do
Very Buggy
I had to forget my device each time I went to the studio to reset. When that didn’t work once I deleted the app trying to force the reset, but now I can’t get the app back! Hoping these bugs are fixed in the next version.
Works great but have to reconnect my watch
It works great when it’s connected, but I have to forget device and then reconnect my watch every time I go into the studio.
Doesn’t work
This app won’t download to my phone. Just says purchased, but is completely unusable.

I changed my watch. The app does not appear on my new watch
Does not connect to my lionheart
The app will not connected to my lionheart monitor, but the Apple Watch Bluetooth does and it works fine with Apples Fitness app. This is disappointing.
