Would not let me go past the age question, I logged out and I had to answer the questions all over again and still it didn’t not let me go past the age question, do not recommend

This app took my money but I can't do anything with it. Every time I want to make a flashcard, it says an error: Try again.

Ive been trying to create flashcard sets but it keeps failing :( I was really excited about this app

It would be helpful but it dosent even work I tried to upload the files and they won’t load don’t waste your money on this app

Not working
I am paying the membership but your app has so many bugs it’s not working. This is unfair since I am paying a TON. Fix them or I unsubscribe and tell everyone how bad this app is.

App is not connecting to the internet. Work great but the app stopped working

Not working properly
Such a nonsense app, I have installed till now. I have installed it before, and then got my apps locked and I uninstalled it for some reason when I installed it because to unlock all the apps permanently when I had some of the procedure during the login kind of thing I’m stuck in the age. There is no button to proceed to the next question, so horrible. Kindly solve the problem immediately. I need to unlock all my apps which have locked it for permanent.

Not working
I can’t generate any flash cards with AI. Not worth.
Error
Been using the app well until a few updates ago, the ai generation section no longer works and keeps crashing even with resources I’ve previously used (Before the updates).
Money grab
This is terrible honestly. The app is “free” they say in the App Store but then they force you to pay for a membership in the actual app.
Nice
Bro studyguard made me hate opening instagram and tiktok cuz my brain associates it with doing flashcards now 😭 love the app however the ai is sometimes a bit inaccurate when generating flashcards so that could be something to improve

Why do I have to pay for this?
I saw this app on YT and I thought I would give it a go, but as soon as I put my deets and stuff and it said I had to PAY. I think there should be a free option please hear me out on this.

Umm wth I need help with my study so I saw an ad on TikTok promoting this but as soon as I opened it it told me I had to pay please make free option

The app took the money, and than through me out of my one day account, while year subscription was paid. Don’t have access. Absolutely horrendous

Good idea with the shortcut automation but the app itself isn’t done.
1. the ai generation is far from good enough in its quality
2. The cards don’t really come random enough
3. the answer options don’t change places. The correct answer is always at the same position on this card
4. I can’t import my cards from elsewhere. I really all have to type them new in my phone
5. You can’t activate/ learn more than one deck at the time. So if you’re studying for more than one test/subject ur fked
Because of these reasons I don’t think the subscription is worth it. There still is too much fully done.
When booking the yearly subscription it said that the app would send an reminder before the free test time is over. -THATS NOT TRUE
So I have the yearly pro- subscription now but in the app is still said I should „upgrade to pro“. Another thing that lets the app feel undone.
Please put more effort in the app or make it free if you don’t want to chance things. The situation rn is Not okay this way.

Changes Notes to Spanish
This app used to work amazing but now it auto generates the flash cards (when my text is entirely in English) to Spanish and there is no menu to change this. Please fix this
