I was able to get a studio last minute thanks to this app, glad something like this exists, excited to see this app get better
App is completely broken
DO NOT GET THIS APP. Had someone book my studio through here. Session ended up not working out. They needed a refund. I contacted the stufinder support team to process the refund. They never got back to me. I had to refund the client out of my own pocket. To make matters even worse, when the funds the client paid through stufinder became available, the app wont let me collect the payment. It just crashes everytime i hit the “pay me” button. I will be deleting my studio from this app and contacting all the other studios in my city to give them the same information. Stufinder has $700 of my money and wont even address my multiple support claims.

I booked a session and it was pending but never confirmed by the studios owner and to make it worse there is absolutely NO WAY of contacting the studio owner or getting a address . Customer support never replied to my emails . Terrible don’t use this app
Great but needs refinement
It’s a Great way to find recording BUT you need to implement a way to actually speak to the studio owner before booking the studio and also need the address of studio listed not just the borough or general city

i’ve created a posting for my studio, ratchet studios, to be discovered on the app & it doesn’t allow folks to view you unless they have an account.
maybe i’m tripping & did something wrong, however i have confirmed again & again that others cannot view a posting of a studio without having to create an account.

App doesn’t work, buggy and maybe even a scam
Makes no sense. There’s absolutely NOWHERE to upload a studio in the app like the screenshots in App Store. All reviews seem paid except the few 1 stars. Started by asking for all my social, bank info and address then just keeps crashing. WHAT HAVE I DONE???

app always signs me out my account. I try logging back in and it crashes constantly before I even got chance to use the app
