Life changer
I have been using this now for a few days now and I love it. It’s extra easy to use. All of the prompts it gives me has allowed me to reflect on what I’m going through. Especially finding at least 3 things that you are grateful for today. It is helping find the good things in life when it feels like everything is against me. Would definitely recommend to anyone going through a difficult time.
