Poor Customer Service

Although their concept of Dump The Frump is very good, be cautious of following their 2025 Wardrobe Planner. They don’t stock or have discontinued some of the garments suggested. They don’t inform the customer, leaving the customer unable to mix and match per their capsule. Then worst of all they ignore emails and requests for substitutions and delete you account history. Poor poor customer service!:
