Can someone please tell me why I haven’t received what I ordered and yet money was withdrawn from my account
Easy Ordering; Difficult to Return
The ordering process is easy. I have ordered quite a few items, and the quality of the items is very good. However, I needed to return two items. The return process has many steps, and customers only have 10 days to mail the return once your return application is approved. If items are easy to order, then items should be easy to return.
Update: Lately, it has taken more than 6 weeks to receive my orders, and I never received one order made in January.

Scam!
This place is a scam. I ordered almost $400 in clothing on Oct 4th for an event and still haven’t received it and it is currently 10-31. DON’T waist your time and money!
Disappointed
This was a terrible thing to do I placed an order on May 2,2025 have not heard or received any information from them I tried to email them but no reply I will not order again. But received my money right.
50/50 shot
I have placed five orders or more. The clothes looks so beautiful. I keep wanting to try. 50-50 shot. Some things have been awesome and some things have been horrible. The shipping and the returning if you’re not willing to gamble, don’t buy here.

I ordered a skirt that looked like leather, but it wasnt it was made of a very cheap fabric. It looked like a pair of curtains, and then I ordered the Jean two-piece pantsuit for $60. But I was later told the pants did not go with the jacket the jacket is a simple blue Jean jacket that I wouldn’t pay $60 for if it had not been a complete outfit. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company. If you return the items, you must pay a shipping fee, and then they must authorize you to return them. They sent me a cheap-looking jacket and stated the pants did not come with it. They sent me an extra skirt, which was $50, so $110 was wasted. Pretty if you can figure out how to order
Clothes look pretty and good quality. However I gave up as i i couldn't figure out how to navigate the app and order. Disappointing!

Worst store to buy clothes
I purchase in June 2023 some clothes and received only half of the items. I wrote so many times asking for the other items and claim my money and the answer is to wait more time. 3 months after my purchase and don’t receive my items is my money back. Didn’t recommend this site.
