I use this for my job (especially when I am on the train).
One thing I really love about this app is that I can dictate my notes into it after a meeting and they are typed into the screen for me automatically so all I have to do is press save. Brilliant if you don’t love typing or to save time.

Changed my life. I now have a tan and a six pack and hang out with hot babes at the beach because now my job takes 99% less time.

Very poor crumped interface
The mobile app is a total waste of time. Missing fields and worth using as it crushes for a simple update or adding opportunity
Update
Whatever update happened recently to the web based version has left out a lot of helpful info. All of the “action” buttons are missing for one. Create buttons don’t show up unless you put your mouse pointer over it. Very frustrating.
