App So Glitchy
Want to send an email using your template? Can't. Not from app/phone. Must use your computer. Want to change opportunity status from phone? Glitchy. Probably won't work. Want to leave a suggestion from the app about what's going wrong? Can't. Too glitchy. Unfortunate because I think most things about Insightly are pretty user-friendly.

Great app again with Google login fixed
As another reviewer mentioned, the Google login method broke with 5.0.0. I sent an email to the support team, and they have been wonderful in their help. They and the developers have worked for almost 3 weeks, communicating well and having me try different things through the release of 5.0.1.
Regardless, it works again! I’ve depended on this app for years, and it’s great to have it working again and not have to zoom and scroll on the browse or wait to do something on my laptop.

Sign in with Google currently broken on the app
I’m attempting to work with support but as they are taking forever I figure I should probably mention something here to make sure this gets fixed ASAP.
With the new version of the app the sign in with Google has completely broken on my phone and now on my iPad as well. I use this product daily for work and now that the app has broken my only option is to log on to their website which is not formatted well for mobile devices. I don’t know if this is an iOS issue, a Google issue or a Insightly version 5.0.0 issue but either way this needs to get fixed asap soon as possible. Even if it requires reverting the app to the previous version until they fix whatever they broke by rewriting the entire mobile app codebase.

Reliable interface, predictable content, good platform.

App is complete garbage I n iPhone 16 pro, it wont let you change the black background tried the settings and it’s toggled off and still black, no “delete all” feature. Junk app.
