Constant error messages
“Something went wrong” error message EVERY time I try to order using the app. Unusable.
My fav sushi place by far.
I have eaten in at and had take out from this lovely franchise too many times to count. Absolutely love the presentation and style of sushi crafting. Highly recommend.

It’s giving a 403 error message. I’ve deleted & redownload the app, and it’s still doing the same thing.

No way to cancel
I placed and order for ASAP. About a minute after ordering it said it wouldn’t be ready until 9pm at night. There is no way to cancel - and they say to call the restaurant but the restaurant does not have an option to speak to a human. Frustrating!

Orders can take a while. If you order at 5:30 even on a weeknight expect off and wait one hour. Having said that, they are usually ready right on time and in my experience with all sushi to go places, they are the best.

Great app to place order I just wish I could order extra wasabi or n this app. I have to go to Postmates to order the extra wasabi.

We love this restaurant. The fish is so fresh and the service is amazing even in Covid. It is such a treat to order and pick up dinner right now. I love to cook but it has been a long 10 months. Thank goodness for Sugerfish. Harper’s parents
