Service was most terrible I have ever seen
I made an advance payment via bKash, but received my food one and a half hours after placing the order. Even then, I had to call them 2–3 times and request it. They confirmed my order after one hour, after my call. Totally terrible service.
Scammers
They have just scam me.i was just ordering via their app and when i order their 799 package then i was confirmed it.I was trying to make the payment via Bkash they have taken the number and my PIN number but when i was about to confirm the money they just glitched their app and throw me outside their app.So they are just a scammer who only deal with cash but not with online payment.

the app doesnt even work, dont bother ordering from here — wont let you pick a location. Fyi; if you call them and order something, the delivery charge will be 150 taka while ordering from the dysfunctional app, youll be charged with 80 taka. This is extremely unethical.

Complaint About Extra Charge After Payment
I ordered food from this app and made the payment via bKash. After completing the payment, I received a call from their Bailey Road branch for order confirmation. They informed me that I needed to pay an additional 100 Taka for my order, even though I had already paid through bKash. Moreover, their customer care numbers are completely useless, as none of them are active.
