Lots of issues! Won’t stay connected to your phone through the app. Hard to get service. Very difficult to contact the supplier.

Not working

Works on my iPad that is a generation 4 but my new iPhone 11 Pro doesn’t. It asks to pair, then just crashes. The door is added, but when I select the door to operate it asks to pair and that’s when the crashing occurs. 5 star review if they can get it to work on new iPhone 11 series.
