Solid programming, buggy app
We love the variety of stories. The app can be very buggy – we access it via Apple TV. More buggy on TV than with mobile app.
Trying to watch the dry and it will not play.
Also frustrating that you cannot have different user profiles, you cannot tell which episode episodes you have seen or not And it doesn’t tell you the date of episodes.

Once again Canadians get the shaft, don’t even bother with this trash. For what they offer just go elsewhere

It’s very hard to unsubscribe, if you are on the app it tells you to use the Web, when you go to the web it redirects you to the app …

Absolutely the worst customer service
This is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There’s no way to call. The only way is email and it takes two or three days to hear from somebody. there was a glitch on their website so I could not cancel so I sent an email requesting cancellation several days before I was due to receive a charge. However, the fact they received my email and responded they did not cancel so I was charged. It took me two weeks to get the charged removed. They should not be allowed to charge you if there’s no way to contact customer service no chat no phone no texting only email. The app itself is awful.
