Musteri hizmetlerinden, havalimani gorevlilerine, internet sitelerinden tutun A’dan Z’ye en dandik havayolu. Bir isin nasil yapilmamasi gerektiginin canli ornegisiniz. 20 yildir yurtdisinda (USA) yasiyorum ne zaman bu havayolunu tercih etsem ISTISNASIZ HEP PROBLEM yasiyorum. Yil olmus 2025 halen online Check-In yaparken hatalar bilmem neler. Diger havayollarinda saniyeler suren islem icin burada saatlerimizi harcayip, musteri hizmetleriyle konusup durduk yere gerilip gunun sonunda hicbirsey elde edemeden basladigimiz noktaya geri donuyoruz. Internet siteniz calismiyor( guya guncelleme var yerseniz tabi), mobile app desen zaten çöp, yaz icin tum online check-in kanallari ucretsiz deyip musteri hizmetlerinden €5 talep edende siz. Bu yaptiginiz dolandiricilik, şark kurnazligi, her yil ayni hikaye. Bu ucusum kesinlikle ve kesinlikle bu boktan havayoluyla son yolculugum. Rezilligin vucut bulmus halisiniz.

Terrible app
This app is very very bad. We tried MANY times to check in. It did not work. We phoned and were told that if they checked us in over the phone there is a charge. It’s not our problem if the app doesn’t work. We are never booking with this company again
Avoid this airline like a plaque
We arrived at the airport 3 hours before the departure time in hoping for a smooth check-in. However, while checking in at the desk, we were told to make an online check-in or we would be charged 20 euros each.
We didn’t realize we needed to do so as our booking app didn’t say we needed to. Apparently, the airline system isn’t synchronized with our booking app too. We were trying to check in online but there was an error, then we were told to download their app to do the online check-in. We managed to check in after 30 mins but didn’t get the seat next to each other even though the app said otherwise.
What even worse was we had to pay 40 euros for extra weight for our cabin bag as they limit only 4 kg and one of our bag was 7kg. Our booking app say 7kg but the airline counter says 4kg! Again, there might have been some sort of misinformation between them.
We decided to pay because we took too long time in a queue already. We tried to ask if we can have seats next to each other but since the airplane was fully booked already, we couldn’t do it and were told to swap the seat with someone else on the plane if we were lucky!
All and all, we had rushed to the gate in time but the airplane was delayed for almost one hour and not sure how long it would take.

Unable to find booking
Regardless what I do, my booking doesn’t seem to exist on the App but does on the website. Puzzling. Sort that situation out especially if booked with an agency & not direct.
Constant faults
Unable to check in online UNLESS I pay for a seat!! Worse than Ryan air!

This app is absolutely garbage and never works as it should. Check in option is not working. Flight status was never updated. I don’t even see the point to download it as you have to switch to the browser anyway. I bet they never tested it from their side.
Terrible customer service and unusable app
I’ve been trying to check in for two days — the app crashes constantly and the website doesn’t work. When I called customer service, the representative admitted they were having system issues but told me there was nothing he could do and then rudely hung up on me. I have the call recorded and will be using it if I need to dispute the charge with my credit card. Fly at your own risk.

This app does not work. Check in api simply stunned the app into the updating circle of death.

Complete all details for travellers via app and then comes up with various error messages. Will not allow you to proceed.

App gives error when attempting to pull a booking. Deleting the app and reinstalling did not fix the issue. App support does not exist.

The app is there to look at! It does nothing! You carnt even login to your booking, the app prompts you to go online. Pointless and does nothing!
Check-in issues
I checked in online for my flight from Birmingham to Antalya, but couldn’t get to view my boarding passes. Each time I click on my flight details it brings up an error, which means I had to queue to visit the desk to get our passes. Consequently, this delayed our check-in meaning we had to rush through security.

Can’t access boarding pass
Blank screen whenever trying to access boarding pass for a checked-in flight - the app doesn’t do the 1 thing it was designed for!
SUNEXPRESS SCAM
This Airline and app is a complete scam! They make it so that you can not check in early. Doesn’t recognize my name or ticket number no matter how many times you try. Then charge you when you get to the airport.
No star for app
Customer service chatbot was informative, this app needs bugs fixed asap. Won’t let me get boarding passes, doesn’t recognize my info, loads for a long time. I wish there was a load time of a minute, and if there are complications i wish there was a message to tell me exactly what the issue is instead of these vague error messages with no context. Not sure what developers had in mind with this imitation of an app

Awful app
It's an awful app. A lot of bugs. Tried opening the boarding pass, but nothing, blank screen and so many times.
What’s the point?
Th app is just horrible, you can check in or get boarding passes to store in your wallet. Absolute waste of time
