Remote Deposit
SUCKS !! Keeps telling me payee not the same when it is clearly endorsed with the Signature matching the payee and also noted “ for mobile deposit only” this not only not for me check but two!

Its 2026 why doesn’t your app actually work
I try and live chat with a agent and the second i start typing out a complaint my app crashes and closes but when i type a message that is not a complaint app works mysteriously fine then the agent connor was basically just shrugging me off so i ended chat with him and attempted to start a new chat 7 times and literally got agent connor again every last time just sounds like your “HUMAN” is really Ai generated computer at that point

Frozen app
First time trying to use the app and it won’t go past the next screen.
Steals your money
Dropped Sunmark as a bank a long time ago but was forced to keep a savings account open with them bc I have 2 auto loan though them. Logged into my act today to pay the loans (using my new bank) and saw a large negative balance. Impossible because I don’t have checks or a debit card with this act. Well my auto loan was like 15 days late and they decided to just draw from my account with literally like a 1 dollar balance in it. Wild. I never agreed to thiss. Feels criminal tbh

App issues again after your update

Wow what can I even say about the SunMark mobile app. Is it the greatest app of all time? Yes most likely. Is it the most important advancement in human technology since we harnessed the fire? Without a doubt. Where would we be as a civilization without this app? In a heap of our own defecate for sure. I love the sunmark app. I intend to marry it.

I deposited to my checking account a large CASHIE check on 4/28/2025 at your Clifton Park branch and was told there would be a 7-day hold to my account. The CASHIE’S
Check was drawn on a local bank! A member for 37 years I find this unacceptable, would someone please text me back today I what to speak with someone in authority.

Travel Alert feature doesn’t work
The travel alert function does not work properly. I tried to set this while traveling recently after my transactions kept getting blocked. I added the region I was traveling to in the card controls function, and this still didn’t work — my transactions were still getting blocked. After talking the to card fraud center and removing the travel alert was I able to use my card again. I think this app could be greatly improved by a more functional and easy to navigate card control feature for traveling. There are also no clear instructions on how to set up travel alerts (the help page only mentions how to set up card controls, generally). It’s a great annoyance to be traveling and not be able to use my card to access my own money because my transactions are flagged as potential fraud. Other than this, I have found the app easy to use and convenient.

Card rarely works, even tho there’s plenty of money in the account, app is always freezing and not working, tap feature never works
