This app works perfectly to check my credit card balance and make payments.
Garbage
Been trying to make a payment for over a week. Called support snd they can’t figure it out either. Says I can’t due to updating my payment info with in the last 5 days. Too bad it was updated about 2 months ago and I already made payments since then. Fix your app! I’m trying to give you $!
Awful
Doesn’t even let me log in. Cardholder services was no help at all. Would rate 0 stars if i could.
It’s so-so
It’s okay, it worked well the first time but now the app seems to always have a problem saying it’s an “error on their end” but like WHEN ARE U GONNA FIX IT

The new update never lets me log in. Always being forced to reset my password. Paying my credit card has been harder.

Never could log in. Had customer service reset my password twice and still could not log in with the password sent. I guess the maker of this app doesn’t want anyone to use it.
Need to update your iOS to make it work
After trying to use many times, I finally figured out that you must have the latest iOS!!! Once the update was installed, it will work! I hope this helps someone else.

I can’t make a payment
There is no make a payment tab like there is on the photos.
