Outstanding driver
My driver was outstanding
In one month app went from great to garbage
bring back the app that worked. this update in the last month is awful.

This app was not needed, i don’t know what’s going on but there’s no reason why there’s only one driver and the driver is way in a whole Nother city. I shouldn’t be waiting almost half an hour just for my ride to come. You guys need to go back to one driver per city because this is not it, I’m supposed to be at work at a certain time to transfer buses and I can’t even do that because a driver is 45 minutes away and not to mention if more people book in that same city the wait time is even longer so please can you guys go back to the way how you guys ran the old app because this is not it. The drivers are nice, but it’s just the fact that there should not be one driver who is miles away picking me up. I don’t know if it’s a cheap cost thing but cheap is not always good but hey, you get what you get

This app was not needed, i don’t know what’s going on but I shouldn’t be having to book an uber because the minutes add up or drivers taking their sweet time to get to the bus stop!!
App could be better
I tried the new app a few time and it’s more difficult to use. The gps system is really bad. I understand it’s a new app and it’s gonna have some hiccups but this is just bad. I needed to get somewhere and I ordered one and it kept adding minutes saying I’d be here in 6 then 8 then 9 and then 10 minutes at the end I’d cancel the ride but the same driver kept accepting it. And at the end I order once more and it said 40 minutes of wait time! I ended up getting an uber. I’m lucking to be able to afford one but if it would’ve been someone else it would’ve thrown off someone’s entire day.
