App needs to be updated in App Store

I am not able to transfer money in other account/banks.
App needs to be updated in App Store.
So many issues and errors.

IP address provided from bank for updating does not works.

mobile bill payment

Top up seems to difficult to pay for postpaid as u have to choose the given amount. plz update it to bill payment as customers choice of payment not the given top up option.
