A total scam
This app is just to purchase a membership service. It doesn’t offer single wash options. Don’t use this app and don’t use the car washes part of this network. What moron approved of this?

Good option but poor execution
I have been a member for serval years and for the most part I am satisfied with the services.
Even though I have gone through cycles of moments that I driving to get my car washed and the washer is either being serviced or does not operate when the app processes my request to start a wash cycle.
I think that the app might need some tweaking or updates so that these technical issues minimize and also some long term improvements to each washers maintenance program so that they have less working days.

Making Everything Complicated and Dumb
Before I was able to just pull up at the car wash and pay with my card and get my car washed. Now I have to download an app that doesn’t work, sign in, create a password, just to get my car washed. The app didn’t work when I wanted to pay, and I just had to leave. Never going back to that car wash.
Not Good
The app worked well for about 3 months and after that none of the generated codes work. Emails go unanswered. Don’t do it!!!
Honestly, I like the service
The only reason I bought this plan car wash is 24 hours available, but half of the gas station they closed the car wash around 10 PM night. I can’t understand why if they want better service they should open the car wash 24 hours specially midnight people know it’s always open that they would love to buy this plan.

Logged out and tried logging back in and i cant it wont send me the 4 digit code and i cant cancel the subscription so i will be contacting my bank to have it blocked so i wont get charged horrible app

No option for a single wash. Everything is subscription. This combined with the bad review for it not working makes it feel like a scam

I tried to purchase the monthly plan and the app simply doesn’t allow me to confirm payment so I ended up paying at the car wash and losing out on the app deal …

I pay for a subscription for a car wash and they don’t give my code, in short words i can’t wash my car.

Can’t event login back to my account
I’ve emailed several times. Had the same issue about trying to login and no luck. I can’t even use it the app but it keeps charging the monthly payments.. 👎🏼

Many of the times when you go to wash the car the app fail and says failure to initializate. Is very frustrating

App works when it wants to. Pull up to the car wash and app says “try again later”. Has happened to me 3 times already. Considering canceling my membership if this continues. Wasting my time

Lately every time I go to the car wash code is not working and have pay for a single car wash doesn’t make sense to pay a monthly plan if you have pay a regular price for a single car wash
