Horrible App
This app is poorly made, whoever made it took no time with it whatsoever. I can’t log in without it taking me back to register an account. Although I’ve already uninstalled and installed it twice it keeps doing it, my god this is so frustrating. If I could give -0 stars to this app I would. It’s a waste of time.

Terrible! it never works!
I always try to log in and it keeps giving an error, it always asks me to enter the case number and date of birth, I enter all the data and it gives me an error.

App doesn’t let you login. It asks for login information then says “let’s verify you’re member” I put my sons member id and DOB and click” I am the caregiver” only for it to say must be 18 years old. I clearly clicked that I am the caregiver and that’s the members DOB. All Govt apps are like this. You would think they do better. Nnnnnn

What’a letdown!
Can’t get it to do ANYTHING for me… after installing the app, I’m able to click Open and thats the end of it. A little circle scrolls ‘round and ‘round saying LOADING. But it isn’t… And it doesn’t. My iPhone has plenty of room. I don’t get it. And its frustrating, because they show you these thumbnail pics of what the app ‘supposedly’ does && I was looking forward to a nice, tight, user friendly version of the Full Site. But noooo… The 1 or 2 reviews I read saying it worked perfect. No hitches… I’m just scratchin my head, wondering why I didn’t get the Golden Ticket…

Don’t waste your time this app doesn’t work at all can’t even log in into my account with out having to put my email again and saying that the email is already in use I don’t wanna make a new account I already have one . 👎👎👎don’t use !
CANNOT Login
Can’t login, Can’t reset Password, Can’t do anything with this App! I have used it before but it never remembers your login information and each and every time I try to login is an issue. I would rate a 0 if I could that’s how bad it is!
Can’t log in
I used my email and password just like I do on the website to log in with both my kids on the account but when I do that on the app the only option is to register an account so it just tells me my email is already taken. Yeah it is taken cause I don’t need a new account I just want to log in to my existing account on the app but I literally can’t and it’s so annoying.

I’ve entered my login credentials several times. Every attempt I get a “please wait” message that never resolves.

Loading.. constantly loading. Couldn’t do anything on the app. Literally just showed a loading symbol the whole time.
Not mobile supported. Had to use laptop.
Not supported on mobile devices , had to use laptop to gain access via a desktop version. Profoundly difficult to register and setup account. Extraordinarily difficult to navigate. A digital abomination.
Unable to get on the app
Is the app down? I just created an account and I have not been able to login. It keeps telling me that an exception occurred and it is just staying on a loading page. I haven’t been able to get in.

Horrible app Changing Insurance
I can’t order otc and what I have ordered didn’t arrive. App is useless. I’m considering changing insurance because of it

Downloaded app TWICE and cannot get it to open. Get into my account on my computer FINE but will not open at all on my phone app just the “circle” of death FOREVER ☠️so annoyed 😒
