I chose this neighborhood with the expectation that it would be a well-established and well-maintained community. Unfortunately, section 8 accepting properties I’ve been disappointed by the lack of accountability the impact it has had on our community standards. With the recent HOA decision requiring us to share our amenities with another development, my concerns have only increased.
As a result, I have decided to rent out my home and relocate to Elyson.

I think it is one of the best places in America. My kids are so happy. I swear to Goodness, lagoon is so clean, schools are really impressive. I wonder, why people are rating this place so low. They just don’t appreciate the place they live in. I’m leaving 5stars so far. If anything will change, I’ll revisit this page for sure! Good luck to you all!!!
