Disappointing
In the beginning I LOVED this game. The size of the cards, colors, all of it. But I quickly discovered they don’t offer enough free credits to let me play for long. There’s too much competition to spend actual cash to play. Couple games here and there and I’m moving on.
No gifts received
Played for years, for months now, no gifts. Sent 7 emails to support- no luck. When credits are gone, I’m deleting.
Update: you haven’t had a review in 5 years!?!! Or, you’ve been too ashamed to publish them?
I’m writing because I’m very curious - how many of the players are in the same situation as I am …. Cannot log into FB anymore. Cannot receive or send gifts. Cannot collect the 3-4 hour bonus, because you’re not logged in.
I’ve asked support these questions, but they didn’t answer them directly - just that something was wrong.

Can’t even log in with Facebook. I’ve lost all my progress. Whatever bug is in the game. It needs to be fixed asap

Missing points from completing 12/12 (35)
I have been enjoying this game for years
But I’m disappointed that when I completed Jolly Roger and Aztec I didn’t get the 35 points added to my daily amount …. WHY??????? I’ll give 5 stars when you correct this. Don’t advertise the bonus when you complete 12 out of 12 if you don’t HONOR it. Please fix it

What’s going on ???? I went to collect my daily credits and it’s showing a shortage of over 100+ credits. All my levels of achievements have zeroed out!!!

As usual, like all other game apps, you’re only given enough free credits to play for a very short time, number of games, then you have to, you guessed it, PAY TO KEEP PLAYING. Stupid.

Was very happy until the most recent update
I would’ve given it 5 stars until the recent update wiped all my tickets,coins, boosts and XP and put me back to level 1. After I wrote to the developer, they awarded me 10 tickets. I wasted a lot of time watching those commercials, earning 1 ticket at a time, and 1 boost at a time. Not worth it!

Not working on IOS 13.1.2
BB crashes on my iPad (the only app that does) and getting free chips on both email and fbmessenger will no longer work. Emailed BB about this but no response yet.

I have been playing this game for years and love it. However over the past few weeks, I have a problem opening the app. It's gets to 28% and won't go any further. It does open eventually then when I start playing, the game freezes after a couple of rounds - very frustrating !
