Since the update today, it’s rendered the app unusable click on delivery inspection. Nothing happened. You click on customer signature. Nothing happens. The update is horrible.

Old posts
The old loads that are not available anymore and not removed by the broker they should be removed automatically if they are not updated after I don’t know 3,4 days.I’ve seen one month old loads that are not available.

App use to be decent a few years ago, now its flooded with new 3rd/4th party brokers that low ball carriers and lying at a all time high. Ask questions and verify. Work with the legit companies. Good luck.

Create Alert Button
Please remove that “create alert” button of the results page in the search. Some of us have fat fingers and accidentally hit that button trying to get to the next page or hit the last number in the list causing us to lose our place in the search results

Used this app for 4yrs, easy to maneuver through. Down side its not leaning toward Trucking companies and drivers benefit. Ratings or load are subject to prior dispatchers reviews if they leave one, instead of cars moved that should be shown on Truckers profile. Also companies lowball we should be able to rate dispatchers on rate l/price of units and type of units. Its a hit and miss with the app now.

Central is better
If you’re new don’t even think about it. No dispatchers will take you for 90-180 days. Meanwhile on central, we’ve booked 30 loads and have a 5 star rating
Good for being free
It’s a great app and quite easy to use and learn. But like everything else in the trucking world there are drawbacks. Having hundreds of loads this year on Truckstop I was looking for something to take and haul cars since they can be more laid back and plentiful to find. But having used the app so far it is quite aggravating to be denied dozens of easy CHEAP loads due to not enough ratings or time on the app. So even having a matured and clean DOT still doesn’t help with booking or scheduling on the app. Just writing this for others who want the unfiltered but useful truth when getting the app! Good luck out there guys, drive safe!
