App crashes as soon as I open it.
Not sure how I'm supposed to use the app when it crashes before I can even open it.

Heavily limited bets only lets me bet $4 on every bet. Once you start winning money they prevent you from betting anymore, it’s to ensure the sportsbook makes money and not the people using it

The bonus structure is dumb! Don’t waste your time with this Sportsbook. Way better ones to use out there.

I was excited to get into this app.
Seemed to have decent odds, but was limited about a week into using this app.
Would only let me bet to win $50.
After I was limited I tried to pull out the remaining funds and ran into issues.
When I got ahold of Customer service they told me to get in contact with pavilion payments.
PP then sent me a link to verify my information that “WOULD NOT” verify me no matter how many times I tried. They just kept asking me to retry.
I had a good chunk of change just sitting there for weeks.
SuperBook happened to send me a prepaid debit card that I can move my money into then have to pull it out via ATM or send it through different apps such as PayPal, then send it to my bank account.
So many useless steps and it seemed that no one could help me.
Really would have loved to continue using this app but there are just so many issues. And to be limited after the first week of using is just ridiculous.
Move on if you’re first starting to sports bet. There are so many other better apps.

My account got hacked. They took $1,500 out of my bank account and this app’s horrible customer service claims that my geolocation was what is in file. That’s impossible, as I don’t live at the same address I signed up with. Not even in the same state!

Very shady business practices
Do not trust the false advertising for the deposit bonus they offer. You have to completely rebet your own money separately in order to even touch the promo. So if you lose your first bet, you’d have to redeposit just to PLAY the promo they offer of a 1k risk free. Which isn’t the case whatsoever. STAY AWAY

Make you do day of, then how they give it to you is shady. Have to bet an additional 2k on top of the initial 1k to get only a portion of the money back. Shady shady
Slimy Business Practice
I went to bet using their sign up promo and upon entering their site I was unable to wager any bets. That was not an issue for me so I waited until the next day to place a bet. Shortly after I double check the promotional details and they only honor the promo if the bet was made the day of creating the account. That would be fine BUT I COULD NOT PLACE A BET THE DAY OF. Luckily I won the bet but I would avoid a company as shady as this one.

One of the best sportsbooks!!!
The user interface is simple and easy to negotiate, the odds are fairly adjusted, and they have one of the best promos on the market. I instantly won a big ticket using the promo and was paid out within a few days, they make sports betting reliable, convenient, and exciting. I’d highly recommend using superbook over other sportsbooks!

Easiest app to use
I have used several other sports betting apps and this one is the easiest to use by a mile. I like the bet slip function and how easy it is to find exactly what I’m looking for. Decent promos too. Would recommend to a friend.
