First deposit match is bogus. 25% of your match is used as a credit towards your next bet. Very deceiving. Also if a tennis match is a walkover then you lose even if the match doesn’t finish.
No promotions
This app used to be great with constant promotions and odds boosts. Now it is just a bland version of a Sportsbook. No reason to join this one as all the others offer much better promotions and bet types.
ABSOLUTELY AVOID - 100% THE WORST SPORTSBOOK
I setup my account and had no issues depositing & placing bets. Exactly one day after I deposit my money, I have an issue with accessing the sportsbook. According to the customer service, there’s a “glitch” in their system with sending SMS authorization pins. I find it hard to believe that conveniently after they have my deposit money that I can no longer access the account. I follow up with the customer support and they advise they have no idea when the “glitch” will be fixed and that until it’s resolved I can’t access MY money. I requested if they could refund my money to my bank account or provide a temporary pin so I can just withdraw MY money. It’s now been 24 hours with absolutely no resolution and they’re ignoring my requests. For your own sake, please do not deposit your money because you will not have access to it.

Decent sportsbook horrible app
The app takes forever to load open and you don’t know if it’s going to work. Makes it tough when trying to bet and the app never opens

SuperBook employs some of the most despicable tactics out of all the books I’ve used. It starts as soon as you try to sign up, they request much more information from you than other books, they even make you submit a copy of your SSN card and W-2 instead of using the normal identity verification questions. Once you are using the book they let you deposit from PayPal, but you cannot withdraw to PayPal and they only give you TWO options to withdraw and one of those I wasn’t approved for so I was forced to open a Play+ account to withdraw my funds, which has fees associated with it if you want to get your money out. That’s just the beginning. They offer a few decent promotions and actually have pretty competitive lines, but after only a month or two I already started to see limits being imposed. Finally, we get to the worst part about this book which is their “compliance team”. One day, I was referring a couple of family members and helping them set up their SuperBook accounts. I was logged into my account to show them how the app works and what the promotions were and all that. After that, they both opened an account. The very next day, all three accounts (mine and the two people I was trying to refer) were put under review by the “compliance team”. I got no explanation, my account was just locked and they made me go through a verification process which included sending them photos of my ID and getting on a call with them to answer security questions. That’s it, there was no investigating or questions about why I was logged in at the same location as two other people who were signing up (which is literally the only explanation for why all three accounts were put under review at the same time). A few days later they send me an email saying “our compliance team has reviewed your account and determined you are no longer welcome to wager here.” They cancelled my account AND the accounts of the two people I had just tried to refer to them. To make matters even worse, it took them just short of a full month before they sent me the funds from my account, and I have an email chain of nearly 100 emails back and forth with them over that month trying to get my money out. So, to summarize, STAY AWAY from SuperBook! Nothing that they offer is worth dealing with the incompetence here. However, if you do choose to wager with them, definitely don’t refer any friends or place bets while you’re in an area where someone else might be logged in to SuperBook too or you will risk a super vague “review” of your account and a cancellation without explanation. The whole experience was exhausting and just not worth the trouble. I don’t see a book like this lasting very long with tactics like these. So save yourself the trouble.
