Do not use this book!!!

Withdrawing is intentionally impossible. I have no idea why they would design their withdrawal process this way considering literally no other legal book makes itas difficult to withdraw as superbook, and after all that’s kind of an important selling point for someone like me to give a book my business. Sure I could sign up for a play+ account, but why would I willingly pay fees to withdraw my winnings when I could on any of the other 19 legal books in Ohio and not do this? Orrrrr, since superbook is so gracious, I could drive to a gas station and collect my winnings there. Why would I sit on my couch and hit a button to receive my money within 24 hours if I can get it instantly by driving 30 minutes to the nearest paypak service station?!? Additionally, their welcome promo is misleading. They will tell you “it’s in the fine print” but again, it’s intentionally worded to confuse whoever is reading it, and to make you think your deposit is matched 25% like other books instead of it being a glorified 4x deposit/bonus funds play through before you can withdraw your cash. If I was trying to gain market share in a new gambling state, this would be a textbook example of how NOT to do it. If your holding company is too broke to offer some sort of real incentive to join your book, then why even pay the licensing fees to enter the market? Can’t wait until this book goes under because it’s so trash, there’s no way more than 5 people use it, and there’s no way they are not losing significant amounts of money on it. In fact, I bet their total handle isn’t even as much as the amount they paid to gain access to Ohio. Superbook’s CEO should be fired immediately for allowing this to happen. Btw, this is how they operate in all states, not just Ohio. Be warned

Super Scam

They will let you deposit through your bank account, paypal, debit card or credit card, but won’t let you withdraw through any of these methods.

Other sportsbooks allow you to withdraw directly to your debit card, or to link a bank account and withdraw there. Superbook does not and only lets you withdraw to Play+, a site you have to sign up for and get a reloadable debit card, and have your credit run.

App issues.

When I switch off the app I always have a geolocation issue when I come back to place a wager, logs me out, or exits out the screen I was previously on. I switch between apps to check lines and always have issues when I switch back to this app.

Overly difficult

It has an average user interface, not the best, but not as bad as some Sports book apps.

The withdrawal process is the big drawback and why I rarely use the site. If you can’t do direct bank withdrawals fine… but if I can deposit directly from PayPal it’s absolutely ridiculous I can’t withdraw to PayPal. It puts SuperBook behind most other sites just for this hassle.

Shady withdrawal process

They make you go through a 3rd party service to withdrawal. Not instant, appears to be a several day process. No reason to use this book with average sign up bonus and sketchy withdrawals.

Better Beware!

While everything about this book is technically legit their withdrawal process is purposefully designed very difficult, time consuming and riddled with hidden fees. Give the number of sports book options available and the ease of withdrawal from most other companies on the market I highly advise you stay far clear of super book!

The responses from the company here are indicative of a scam. Deceptive promo that was never received in any form of a discount on future deposits or “bonus”.

Our promotional terms are clearly listed on the website and app, and it does not advertise a discount on future deposits. It requires that you deposit and wager the first day of sign up and your bonus funds will match the amount of your first wager. Please contact support@superbook.com so we can assist you.

The withdrawal is a joke!

Shouldn’t have to go through steps and sign up on a third party to get my money!! Still haven’t got my money cause I got frustrated and gave up for a minute. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Our promotion is called First Bet Bonus and it requires that you deposit and wager your first day of signing up in order to receive the bonus which will match your first WAGER. Withdrawal method is deal breaker

I funded my account with no problems and the app worked well. When I went to withdraw however it was a mess. They sent me to a third party who requested “3 months bank records” to verify me. Imagine having to send bank records to an unknown party to get a small amount of money ($240) back out.

Bonus Bets Scam

Their bonus bets aren’t actual bonus bets, only 25% of your wager is covered from them. So you still have to put down actual money, and you can only find this information in the fine print. Ridiculous rules

Withdrawal system is bad

Very easy to put money in….lots of ways. To get money out is very difficult compared to other sites. This is my chief complaint and why I will use different sites in the future.

Very easy site to use…no complaints there. It is a gambling site though and they don’t want to give you your money. It should be easy both ways. There are better sites to use to get payouts quickly and without going through something called pay +. I am old and don’t know what that is. I asked my son who knows all that stuff and he said he had heard of it but never interacted with it. The way you deposit like with PayPal you should also be able to withdraw the same way.

Instagram advertisement not real

They advertised on instagram that if you bet on any NHL game, you get $250 of bonus bets. They have not given me the bonus. Will update this if/when they do
