Tedious login

Log in with Face ID setting never stays, so I have to manually type login every time. Remember this device is also checked but I still have to do 2FA every time I log in. App itself is fine but the login process takes way too long.

Awful

You can’t withdraw to your bank. It has the worst interface and no props or anything. Worst Sportsbook I’ve ever seen.

Horrible sportsbook

Their customer support is completely incompetent and always claim “they can’t give out information” but ask you for personal information. Better off betting with fanduel or draftkings as they at least have competent employees.

The app is a 5 from 10 grade, but the process to withdrawn is a nightmare, this is a scam app to take your money in complicity with play plus, Iam worried that i gave my personal documents to this thiefs! At this point i dont care to get my money back .

Read the fine print

If you’re signing up for the first deposit/first bet match read the fine print. I’d have to bet $3600 of my own money to access the $900 promo I received. That promo money will sit in the account and they won’t get another dollar out of me.

Difficult to get you winning.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use a debit or bank card like the other established betting apps. It will take up to TWO WEEKS to get your money. Your money will be sent to “Global Payments” and good luck trying to get it anytime soon! They require the blood of your first born son to get your money.

I apologize that you may have had some funding issues but depositing with a debit/credit card does not go through Global Payments and funds are deposited into your account immediately. If you are concerned about withdrawals, you can use VIP Preferred or Play+. Global Payments does assist customers having issues with the VIP Preferred product. Withdrawals do not take two weeks. I love y’all app. Y’all just need to have the games already posted the next day. It’s like y’all late on a lot of things. But pay good. Other sportsbook, already got tennis, mlb games up on their page. Y’all still don’t. A couple of games on mlb and no games on tennis. I don’t know what’s going on. But if y’all don’t fix that. Y’all will lose a lot of customers.

Is it worth it?

I’m a frequent bettor on multiple sportsbook apps. The thing that drew me to Superbook was the lines they put out. Very fair for popular options like spread/moneyline/totals. HOWEVER. What brings my rating down so much (mainly) is the withdrawal process.

They give you many ways to deposit money onto the app, but only TWO (?!) to withdraw?? Don’t even get me started on how Play+ is basically a scam (a third party middle man for funds-why would anyone use that?) and ACH is the other, which takes multiple business days to receive your money. I mean come on. If I can deposit through PayPal, why can’t I withdraw there too? Just makes the entire operation seem bush league, and pushes you to keep your funds on there-which most people will act irrationally with and end up losing.

Come on Superbook. If you want to hang with the bigger books online presence then you simply must add other withdraw qualities. And add a promo worth taking every once in a while, I’m sure it won’t kill you to do so.

Low Limits and Long Approval Time

Tried placing a baseball Money Line bet for MLB of 1000. It was rejected. Then tried 500 it was rejected. After 5 minutes of approvals it offered me 375.

This book has decent odds but they definitely aren’t ready for the spotlight. Very low limits.

Honorable and respectable

I was a little weary on signing up after the super boost fiasco with grizzlies/warriors playoff special. However, I went ahead and signed up. The bonus offer was solid, but most recently had an issue with a bet where a player named Wanderson to score a goal was placed, there wound up being 2 players with the same name, only one was offered, initially I thought I was going to get the short end of the stick, but, they quickly agreed that it was a mistake on their end and paid me out accordingly. Sports books can kind of do what they want, while they did not have to do this, they did, and that will forever make me loyal to them. Although the win was nice, it’s much more than that, knowing that they not only listen to their customers feedback, they make changes to benefit the customer. That’s all a sports better can ask for when placing a wager, especially in todays market. Will support them as long as they are in TN!

Promos are terrible

I have used every single legal Sportsbook in TN to date, thought I’d sign up and give this one a try just to check out the format. Better watch their promos, where other Sportsbook have the terms in bold print, they have theirs in the fine print and will screw you.

JUst signed up and there’s no deposit match or free offering for first customers. Odds are locked for hours and you can’t take popular bets. Go to fanduel or draftkings
