Amazing brand

Had the opportunity to try the insoles a few years ago. They have been amazing for my feet. Great use of tech to help me get sizing at home. Thank you.

Doesn't work

After 15 minutes of following instructions exactly, nothing happened. App is garbage

LOVE THIS APP, LOVE THIS BRAND

i love this so much. i’ve had Superfeet for years and I’ve loved them so much but I don’t have a running store near me and it’s been so amazing to get my personalized insoles directly through this app instead of driving five hours to Nebraska. What’s five hours

Useless

Takes a long time for it to want to take the picture. it'll tell you to move your foot closer to the camera. You move it just maybe one mm and then it says move it further away from the camera, but when it actually does take the picture you do it multiple times you get multiple different readings from low to mid to high archhas- no value

Fix or Remove

This app likely dissuades more people from buying your product than it enables.

I planned on buying some of your insoles, but after my experience with this app I’ll be going with something else.

Doesn’t work

Unfortunately it does not work at all on an iPhone 15 Pro. No image when activating the camera.

Doesn’t work

Nice idea. Too bad it doesn’t work.

Mainly funny

Place your foot in front of the camera rinse repeat definitely not convincing but worth a try

Just take the picture

This app is ridiculous. It takes way too long to take a picture. This camera is incredibly fast. It just needs to take a picture of your foot and it should be able to auto level itself. It’s pretty obvious with the foot that it’s on the ground and it should be able to rotate the picture poorly designed ridiculouswhoever they paid to make this app got away with something.

Requires two or three people

The camera must be placed close to the foot, and the camera must be level. This means that a single user must crouch down to operate the screen, which will confuse the arch measurements. To add insult to injury, my screen would not rotate, so placing my phone level with the floor would risk activating the lock button. This would require two additional people, not counting the user being measured— one person would need to hold the phone at level, and one person would have to operate the controls, while the actual superfeet customer was measured by the camera.
