Not worth it and impossible to cancel
The service is not worth it. It’s basically a few shortcut keys for your email. They make it seem like it’s some big deal. It’s not.
Problem is they also make it impossible to cancel after your sign up. There is no option to just stop your service- you have to send a ticket to support and they start going back and forth with you to try to draw out the process. A worthwhile product doesn’t need to resort to fraud to keep people paying.

Great app but degraded to slop
Honestly this app used to be 5/5 and worth the $40/mo. Lately it has become a buggy mess to the point where it randomly trims your drafts. This is like the most basic thing. And the only support you get after it deletes an important email is an AI chatbot. AOL instant messenger running on avian pigeons is more reliable

Drafts keep disappearing. “Sent” messages are not really sent. Terrible.
Used to be good
This app used to be AMAZING. I recommended it to at least 10 people who subscribed. The whole purpose of this app was the AI and that it threaded emails like a text thread. They got rid of the threads in the newest update. So now this is just GMAIL. Like it’s literally the exact same. There’s 0 reason to ever download this now the AI is no better than what you get with GMAIL for free. The threading PLUS the AI was the only thing that made this app different than all the free options.
Unless this changed back, I’ll be deleting my subscription once it ends at the end of my year, and recommending GMAIL to everyone I know since it does everything this does now.

New redesign hard to use and buggy
Love superhuman but this redesign on my small screen takes critical real estate and fills it will shortcuts to features I do not use. My main beefs: 1) lofty mine spacing in message preview text requires me to scroll more to see mail 2) tabs of my inboxes at bottom is nice but search and calendar I don’t use (I pull down to search and prefer gcal native mainly bc it’s accessibility and dark mode features are better and it understands my contacts list better), and I’m constantly accidentally hitting these when doing normal stuff in my mail and 3) it randomly crashes now where I never had issues before.

I’ve been using superhuman for a few years now and really like it, but the most recent app update pushed out Sept. 2026 is buggy. I really miss the old user interface.

FINALLY Redesigned!
After using Superhuman for a couple of years, it finally got a proper redesign for both desktop and mobile that looks stunning and makes it feel like a premium email application. Thank you to the team at Superhuman for finally redesigning the platform!!

Grammarly just ruined Superhuman mail
Everything that’s great and unique about the Superhuman mail mobile app just got ruined with this update. Well done Grammarly you just did what every tech company does and ruined a great product. UI is now much worse, conversation view the best Superhuman mobile feature is now gone. Ruined.

Latest update prevents me from sending emails. Clicking the send button does nothing but brings me to writing an email with AI. Very poor qa

Very poor AI, scheduling makes mistakes, not meant for agent use
The AI is very bad, their main prompt is very bad. It doesn’t correctly schedule meetings without conflicts. Mcp is buggy and you’re always “sending yourself” ,
