What's New in Superimpose

11.3.0

October 15, 2026

New: Write On text animation! Watch your words write themselves, stroke by stroke, just like real handwriting. • How to use: in the Video Editor, select your text, tap Animation and pick Write On in the In tab (or Write Off in the Out tab to erase it). • It plays across the whole clip by default. Adjust Duration, Scope, Order and Overlap to set your own pace. Fixes: • Fixed a crash when adding stock photos. • Fixed several crashes in the photo and video editors, including the Magic Lasso, mask brush and saving layers.

new update ruined :(

honestly used to be one of the best editing apps on the market and now it has turned into an app promoting AI slop and wanting you to purchase a monthly subscription even though i paid for the app years ago. all the things i used to love about the app have now been put behind a paywall, so unbelievably disappointed.

What a find!

This is a fantastic app - I don’t know how I ever managed without it! From designing book covers to birthday cards, it does the job.

So much fun

Love this app, I purchased the paid app and it has become my app to go whenever I want to modify pictures, however today while editing a picture, the edit went away and saw a screen that asked for an annual subscription. I paid for this app outright and now you want me to pay a subscription? Why? Needeles to say my edit was lost and I am not happy.

Happy day!

Happy to report that the topmost buttons I was complaining about (making access and activation difficult) are now back where they were originally and normal operations are now restored! Hoping they stay that way! Gotta be just as vocal when things go right; Superimpose is once more up to 5 star stasis!
