Very interesting

Putting tasks and notes into the same app is a difficult task. Few of them delivers, but SuperList does it well. It’s easy, simple, convenient and ready to go. No tedious configurations are needed to get it running. Very interesting features. The UI is perfect.

Nice But No Calendar

It’s a nice , appealing but would be a 5 star f they had he ability to snooze reminders & had a bedded calendar. Not sure why this hasn’t been created. I would of purchased this app along time ago 😞

It’s good but

Needs a lot of formatting polish. There are no keyboard shortcuts to change format. This is a notes and planning tool. Ability to edit fast should be fast. I can’t pay so much for the lack basic editing table-stakes features. Examples: If I have numbered list, I can’t select all items on the list and change to bullets. You can’t be real. It’s infuriating when I am in the middle of taking notes and have to think about this tool deficiencies. Even more so when you built AI faster than these basic features.

Stunning

I have seemingly tried every app in existence before somehow stumbling onto SuperList. Within 5 minutes I knew I had found a forever home.

I currently balance myself between Apple reminders, UpNote, Microsoft Word and sticky notes. That’s just to balance home/personal tasks. Add into it project planning for photography, scheduling future work and critiquing and we are in a world of pain.

This is a stunning app. I love the sub lists (and the sub-sub-lists). Switching between tasks, paragraphs and whatever else I have not discovered yet, all in one neat package!

Amazing. Get it. Don’t even think twice. Install. Love.

Excellent

Entre Things (merveilleux mais inadapté à la gestion de projets) et Omnifocus (bien, mais trop lourd), cette app semble venir combler un vide majeur.

Response from developer

Merci beaucoup! ❤️

Building superintendent

By far, this is the best to do list task managing app. Keep up the hard work make it flawless. I’ll keep on paying this long as you keep obtaining it with better creatures. The meeting feature is not working yet. I’m not sure why that’s the only thing I need help with thank you

Simple and minimal

Very minimalistic notes taking app Not as confusing as notion( for me )

Response from developer

Thank you ❤️

Missing Critical and Simple Features

How can you not edit and delete tags in 2026 on a task app???
Sync is hit or miss and the devs are clearly focusing on team and useless features and not giving the basics to users. I keep hoping they will change course but have now given up after several years. Bye bye.

Little difficult to use

Should be clear and easy to understand the home screen. It’s quite difficult and tough to understand

À améliorer

L’app est interessante mais il lui manque beaucoup de choses pour pouvoir remplacer TickTick : la matrice d’Eisenhower, les habitudes, les comptes à rebours, la vue calendrier, etc…

Not loving it

This app feels rather different from Wunderlist. I’m not sure how best to use it, and the information provided does not help. There does not appear to be much ability to create custom views. Navigation feels awkward. The integrations touted are of little interest to me. Compared with other apps, the cost seems out of line. Overall I feel it’s a mediocre choice.

Thanks for responding

It’s a great app I really love it 💗

Gros potentiel

happy trial user

its great

The best note and task app

I’ve used sooo many note and task management apps and this is the one I’ve always been looking for. Absolutely amazing, super simple, lots of customization options, but again, simplified experience but also has AI to help keep me dialed in on what needs to be done

Love the idea but missing critical features

I absolutely love the idea of this app and was so disappointed when i found that out landed some of the critical features that the major players offer like quick add on desktop (not very easy), ability to create projects from tasks, projects / lists with due dates, searching and filtering by labels, sublabels. I wish it had these things and I would switch from Things.

The whole app doesn’t working

Unwanted sections

Can't even hide unwanted sections. And why meetings is on by default is beyond me, but it's ridiculous considering you can't get rid of it.

Surprisingly productive and delightful

I have tried a ton of to-dos and notes apps and, despite not being the most feature rich, its the one that has worked the best. There's power in simple but flexible system. It's the equivalent of having a pen and paper, with a dedicated space to sort out your task accross your notes. When comes the time to complete a task: open it, braindump the process. Need to break it down even more, just make a new task inside that task, and open it up. The seamless fusion of notes and task is its greatest strength. I took the subscription for slack and google calendar integration, for time blocking and calendar view. Theres no other app that beats that flexibility, and I feel like I've never been as productive. It's been a figma like ux experience for me: a small flexible toolkit that gives you a lot of power.

One thing I would love them to improve? The labels. Theres not much to organize but there's a ultra flexible potential with labels that feels still untapped. A dedicated section where you could assign emoji, colours, group them (prio, effort, complexity), and set the order of them, so they always appear in the same order on your task would make the tool even better. The next logical step after would be smart lists. Simple lists with saved filters and no notes. Keep it going!

Lovely app but too expensive to go pro

At the start there were some decent options but as the app has matured there have been several features placed behind the paywall which ultimately is fine but the pro version is just so so very expensive! I have paid under educational tier for a years subscription for another app for the same price as super for one month or even 3 times less at the pro entry level tier.. I’d super list.

Please restructure your pricing, the polish is nice don’t get me wrong but your feature set doesn’t quite justify that high a price.
