Feels faster
Not much changed in the design from what I can see, but the app does feel more responsive for me. Would be cool if I could see my pay in the app and not just hours.

I tried deleting and downloading. even tried on different networks. App does allow me to sign in.

Since the new update it doesn’t work on two different phones and software iPhone and Samsung

Ever since this new update, it’s been so annoying trying to log in, keeps saying an unknown error occurred, I’ve tried to troubleshoot still no fix! Please get this working.

The app hasn’t worked for me ever since the new update. An error occurred, close and reopen the App. Not okay!

Mediocre Trash
Imagine if you need to call in sick or adjust shift or use family day off. But the app aint working even after multiple reinstall, You'll be forced to loss 5 star which you need to regain through 20 shifts. What a joke of an app.
unreliable
worked ok when i was able to get into the app, super buggy. i haven’t been able to log in through the app even after following all of the troubleshooting. no need for the app, just use desktop

Features a limited, Needs updated
Missing alot of features from the website browser, needs a serious update to make an adjustment this app is almost pointless the download app doesn’t even update in real time! You can’t make any adjustments or changes it’s completely useless!

Doesn’t work
It won’t take in my correct username/password. After trying all workarounds still gives the same error. This has been happening since a month now. This app has tons of problems for all which needs to be fixed.

REALLY NEED TO WORK ON THIS APP
This app have never worked for me ever since I joined the company. Tried all the troubleshooting but never worked. Hopefully someone will fix the app one day and I can use it.

I can’t access the app at all after uninstalling and reinstalling. It says I don’t have any referrals when I have at least 3. There is no schedule popping up. Nothing is working

Can't log In
It's super weird that I can login using the same credentials on the system perfectly fine but when I do it on the phone it says "Your username and password is incorrect". I tried deleting the app multiple times and reinstalling it. I checked for software update and restarted my phone. I even try logging in using my spare phone. I contact ANSWER and they change my password twice but still won't work on the phone.

What’s not working on the app.
The app doesn’t reflect the information shown on my Superpunch online. I can’t see my schedule, It shows a TL that isn’t my actual TL, It won’t let me ask questions, It’s not showing my hours since orientation. I
