Go play golf routes you to this worthless app and then supreme provides no way to use the gift cards. Are tgry both scams?

I’ve been getting the Supreme Golf for a while. Decided to download the app.
After it is done loading, I tap on the app. It seems to start but then it shuts down. Nothing. I shut down my iPhone16. Restart it and try again. Same. Nothing. I deleted the app. Reloaded it. Same. Nothing.

I have booked 75+ rounds per year…
I have booked 75+ rounds around the country per year every year for the last 5 years on Supreme Golf app. What I book on my phone is what I get when I arrive at the course. The very few times it wasn’t it was because the course made the error telling Supreme Golf what they wanted to offer. In all cases the course honored the terms I booked under. The very few times I needed to cancel or the course wasn’t letting golfers out due to severe weather Supreme Golf refunded me quickly. Note I am a golf junkie and nothing matters to me more than price, so I only book Specials (but you can book non-Specials as well), and have saved thousands of dollars over the years. It is not difficult to make bookings, but a very short learning period is expected to get used to navigation and using the filters. Supreme Golf adds a 3.49 booking fee per golfer, but I use accumulated Diamond points to help offset the fees. My negatives would be occasional error messages when booking, and finding a great deal, clicking on it, changing my mind and going back out to the main search page and the deal is gone (snooze you lose; happened to me dozens of times so there must be algorithms or something). Also, the $10 Srixon coupon promotion per round booked was AWESOME! Regrettably the promotion ended a couple years ago, but I’m still using my Srixon woods and balls I scored from the promotion. Overall I have been completely satisfied with Supreme Golf and am still using it today.

I have no idea why my gift card never works on this app. I am sure I am not the only person with this problem.
Stop buying GoPlay Golf Gift Cards
Anyone associated with GoPlay Golf needs to stop. The gift card is cumbersome to use.
Terrible website
Between the consistent not being able to schedule tee times and the lack of discounted tee times makes this app a recipe for DISASTER. Trying to use a gift card on this app is like trying to teach Helen Keller how to write. Just use “golfnow” and save yourself the headache 👎👎👎👎
Miserable App
Got a go play golf gift card for Christmas, and went to try to use it on this dumb site. They won’t let you enter your gift card information and want you to just put in your credit card information and book from there. When you try to call their support line they just tell you to email. Do not use this tool, and do not buy go play golf gift cards. Worthless.

I like to golf whenever I get free time but I am not super rich and supreme golf always has the best prices! Their customer service is unbeatable and speedy as can be! Seriously if you don’t have this app you’re missing out.
Doesn’t work
I’ve downloaded this app over and over again and it will not open on iPhone 14pro. The desktop site is good but the app is junk.
Very disappointed
So I been using this APL for about a month I saw a great time for just 9.99 I booked it and came to realize that the course didn’t exist! I tried to contact the course directly and never received a response, so sent the app a notification stating that the course didn’t exist!
I got an email saying they refunded me the charge when instead the charge me again causing me to overdraft my account now I’ve bed. Charged twice on a course that don’t exist with over draft fees
I realize it’s cheaper to just book directly with the course I’m done with this app

App is Broken
I enjoy using supreme but the app and launch is broken. It opens and closes immediatly it needs to be fixed asap

The rewards are great! 10$ every 4 rounds towards Srixon is awesome! After a couple of rounds you earn enough rewards to get a free round which is awesome! I’ve had the app for 3 years now and have only had 2 problems booking tee times. Both times the response time was super fast and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue.
