Surefire is a scam
Over the past 12 months, I’ve spent over $10,000 with Surefire with almost nothing to show for it in terms of leads, good SEO response, phones ringing, all of it. They just kept stringing me along saying how the system takes time. It’s totally a scam of a company that preys upon small businesses and I would highly recommend you run before you sign up.

Crashes a lot
Been using this app for a while, Geojuice has always been extremely problematic, I’ve mentioned it a ton of times and they just can’t seem to get it together. I think I might have to start looking for another SEO company.

Been with Surefire for 6 months now and as long as you do what’s necessary, they really do the rest for you. Plus they just started doing more service for you so my business is growing thanks to them and I just use it for visibility now a days. They always smash the competitors in pricing. No complaints so far

Basically a scam
No one has any idea what’s happening. No one can help. And after 4 months of total wasted time they won’t give us back photos, keys, reviews anything. And are saying we have to rejoin to get this stuff back. These guys are a joke

AI Geo Juice check in for the win!
I love this app! Makes it so easy to do a Geo juice check in with the projects I complete. Adding AI to Geo juice checkins is a game changer!
Garbage
Takes forever to upload photos, that’s if it will even upload them. Has to be better marketing platforms out there.
Super Glitchy
The company is decent and has lot of potential…but this is one of the glitchyest apps I’ve ever used. The geojuices check ins take forever because the photos take so long to load and that’s with good service. It your service or WiFi is only decent they will probably never load. The app has been a huge disappointment and it’s not just my phone it’s all three of my employees have the same issues.

Scam company
I have been very dissatisfied with my 8 months with Surefire local. There are much easier and cheaper options out there for the services they provide. Their writers for content and social media are very basic. They do not understand your business at all. I tried to cancel in August this year, but they did not close my account. It is now almost December and I just got hit with another charge. This is the 4th month in a row since canceling my account that I am being charged. This has gone too far.

Surefire is not a good company asset
1. Surefire local charges way to much money for their services. 2. Their content services are very bland and boring the people who create content do not understand their clients businesses. 3. Their customer support is trash. 4. The app and the website can be hard to navigate. Sometimes certain features do not even work that you’re paying for. 5. I tried to cancel my account and they did everything they could to not let me go. Eventually I did completely cancel, but they still charged me for two months that I was completely unaware about until I saw the charges in our business account. They refuse to refund our company.

Junk
Hired them for crm and social media. Can’t complain about the social media posts are going up and I don’t have to do it. But the crm is trash not a single customer has received requests for reviews through the platform told them about the issue and now don’t answer the phone. We have emailed and texted to cancel and are still billing us.

Can’t get past the login, Surefire works on my desk top but I need the mobile version and it doesn’t even work.
