I agree with another post always have to re enter log in information. The biometric log in frequently has to be turned back on. Let’s get it fixed. The only things it always remembers to do is change the password.
Not happy
Have been trying to log I. And it will not let me , have a new phone got the app to download but will not let me do anything ! Can not change my password or anything!!!! What’s the deal !!!!
Do not recommend
My company started using this mileage app a couple months ago. There has been so many technical difficulties with this app. This app is the devil.
Set up account
Set up account then the very next day it repeatedly told me error, wrong username and/or password. Couldn’t access my account.
There are for a better apps out there if you want to track your mileage
Our employer has begun to require us to use this app. There are better apps out there; I’ve been using MileIQ for years and it is far superior.
This app has its flaws, and I suspect the main reasons our employer is using it as because it is cheap, and they can also spy on us - one of our managers has used it to track an employees movement throughout the entire day. it’s sold as something to help with efficiency, but it really is a tool for spying on employees.

Frustrating
Works when it wants to. It accepts manually entered valid addresses when it wants, saying to add it to address book and validate.
Addresses added to address book get error message even though it’s been used multiple times. I’d rather do paper logs.

It does what it is designed for, tracking mileage.

Very easy and helpful in keeping track of reimbursable mileage

Since the latest update I am constantly being logged out. So annoying!

This is the worst app ever and makes absolutely no sense!
Expenses
You can no longer download a photo of an expense because it says the file is too large from your mobile device. This means you have to scan every item and download it from a laptop or desktop. Would have given 4 stars but not as it currently functions today. Before the upgrade it allowed the photos!

Not a dependable app
It takes me routes that i usually never go through and it never calculates miles besides driving to my destinations ex:(driving around a parking lot or moving my car from parking spots)
Useless
Does not credit me for miles driven, trips when finished show zero
Map platform
There are no voice directions for the gps map navigation. Can’t drive and look at my phone to see if I’m on the correct route. Why didn’t you go with google maps?

Logs me out and does not remember my login info
Remember me is pointless
I put remember me all the time and the app just randomly logs me out with no info on the log in page. What’s it supposed to be remembering?

Weak app. Primitive at best
Outdated. Crashes. Weak app. Gps function is pretty useless. Needs a lot of work!
