Unstable
Had to delete and download 3 times and it still doesn’t work correctly. I put in the correct password and it tells me my credentials have changed only to put in the same password and after 3 minutes of spinning, it finally opens. Very frustrating
It doesn’t work properly
I’ve been using Sure Payroll. I just go on Safari and do it that way I try to download the app to make my life easier to just find out the only way I can run the payroll is if it’s hourly my employees work and commission. I could enter their earnings when I went to run it unless it’s hourly rate it wipe them out. Deleted the app no back to my old way of doing it. I wish they will work at it and improve the app.

Terrible - NO UPDATES
This app is one of the worst, takes forever to load, doesn’t remember passwords or anything. And then I come here and see that they don’t even UPDATE the app. Last update was 9 months ago. I mean just wow..
Loads forever
this app barely works, every time i try to log in the screen sits and loads forever and no matter how many times i reset the app it does the same thing over and over.
Payroll services
I applied 2 days ago and today I received an email from them that’s telling me congratulations your account is ready to run your first payroll
I open my laptop and logged in
After logging in I see on dashboard that saying
Payroll services Cancelled as of 02/14/2025
??? 😂 what
I talked to them via chat
They saying safety department declined you and that saying your not good candidate at this time
Very disappointed and never 👎🏼 and ever recommend to any one

Don’t see my pay stub
Sometimes can’t sign in, never remembers credentials
Sometimes I can’t sign in at all. It’ll say my info has recently been changed (it hasn’t) so I have to use the browser. It has never once remembered my credentials even though I’ve clicked remember me numerous times.
Slow
When you try to log in it’s super slow and will ask you to log in several times
Simple and understandable
It is simple to use and navigate. Easy to read and understand your check + taxes deductions
Password Problems
App makes me use my password every time I log in…it never initiates facial recognition. Then, when I use my password and it logs me onto the payroll site, the first thing it asks me is if I want to use facial recognition, so I say yes…next time I try to log in …nothing…no facial recognition.
App is nearly useless.
