Ultra 3 not supported
13/05/26 - no good for Apple Watch Ultras. In discussions with developers with initial discussions of support but they’ve gone quiet. Sounds like they’ve moved on to other projects. Do not subscribe/ waste of money. Trying ti get refund but not looking good

Was having issues with complications and registration but developers were really great and helped fix issues really quickly.
Really happy with the app. Looks great, works great. Only negative to mention is a 3hr surf will wipe the battery. Going from fully charged to 10% on my 1 year old series 5. I’ve not seen the same battery usage with the Apple activity app.
It would be awesome if the complications were available to pick from for the phone’s home screen widget also. 😬👍🏼

Awaiting response from support.
I wasn’t able to give a good rating of this app. I feel it worked well years ago when I first purchased. Now it does not sync at all with between watch and phone

Freezes when open
I can’t get past the first screens
Stuck on “getting spot”
Can’t even get past “getting spot” screen on Apple Watch. Stuck there forever.
Not updating
App does not update. Stuck on 18 March and no way to reset that I am aware of.
Complications won't load
I was excited about this because I don't like subscriptions and could pay a flat rate to get the complications to work on my watch. However they aren't loading. When I go to help and support and click on location it takes me to a settings page but there is no way to turn it on. I've gone in through settings from privacy and location and it doesn't even show the app in there. I have a series 6 watch and 16 iPhone. The email help and support doesn't work and when I click on the website button it takes me to spam.

It’s good, but glitchy
It’s probably the best surf watch app I’ve found, but still a bit buggy.

Gets stuck at getting spot
I could not get the app to work at all, in the initial setup the app gets stuck at looking for spot
Look , I realize Elon Musk didn’t invent this app to use with starlink
But it’s accurate when I dock start! Love it. But when I surf it makes it look like every crash is a wave caught. Even if I never even stood up

Tide dial
Tide dial is not updating (and just stuck with the areow pointing up and 0.0 tide indications. Could you fix this as this is one of the more important things to know in the fly.

I can’t start the app because it crashes all the time.
Water temp is wrong
Every time I try to put a Hawaii location it says Australia. The water temperature says it’s 32 degrees F in Hawaii. After paying more then $30 bucks for this app it’s sad to see the water temperature does not work and it’s sad to see all locations are Australia? It’s also sad to see so many reviews that it does not work. Fix it or give me my money back.

Need to go back to basics
This app was originally very good. Now too many broken features. Wave tracking is way off. You can no longer select boards from the quiver. Session ratings don’t work. Session heart rate graph reporting is meaningless if not broken. And that stupid way to start a session. Why.
Not working
With every new update app become less and less functional. At first spot selection was broken, than tides prediction left the chat. Paddle counter and wave counter stoped working last month. And now The app endlessly recalculating my previous session and I can’t use it anymore. Developers totally burried their app.
After last update - can’t start surf session. I press START button and nothing happens. Tried to reinstall the app- nothing helps.

Latest updates are bad
This app used to be great but seems a bit buggy with latest app update\watch OS update. The tide info seems out on the watch & doesn’t show on the phone app, same with the forecast, it won’t update on the watch unless I open the phone app. Clicking on the forecast on the watch used to give you a lot of info on current conditions & you could scroll through the forecast but now it only shows current wave height. Hopefully this improves with the next update.
